<font size="+2">Adolescentulus:</font> Walter Deferue was born in 1971 in an ambulance on Ledae avenue, Boumont, LA. The second child to a small family that was parented by a nurse and hunting store owner. His mother and father respectively. With both a seven year old daughter and newborn son to care for, his mother retired to care for her family and home, living a comfortable, if slightly lower class life in the American south.

<font size="+2">Doctrina:</font> Beginning from late middle school, Walter had a clear passion and knack for contact sports, Football in particular, his grades decent enough to stay participating in his highschool's football team when he reached his freshman year. His heavy, gutted, yet strong build perfect for playing defensive lineman for the Boumont High 'Gators. Their win record in his senior year earning him a sports scholarship offer at Louisiana University, working on a criminology degree. There he met Cora Franks, a woman he started dating seriously in his life. When he was 20 years old in his sophomore year, he suffered an ankle injury at practice and was given medical leave. With no signs of recovery soon, he dropped out and married Cora, earning himself an apprenticeship in automotive repair and settling down in a single story house in his universities' city

<font size="+2">Negotium:</font> His autoshop employment did not last long, the repair shop he worked for briefly on it's waning years had finally went bankrupt and he soon found himself unemployed, with a mortgage he couldn't repay and no unemployment benefit he and his wife did too. They divorced in 1994, Walter moving to Michigan in the wake of Doctor Destroyer's attack, hoping to find work in construction and contracting. For at least 6 years he made due on public renovation contracting, helping rebuild a city he had no attachment to. in 2000, he found new work in Millennium City's Museum of of History and Culture as a security guard, making due with his decent wage for 13 years of content employment. 

In 2012 on a night shift, he had finally seen something more dangerous than vandals or litterers, a psionic meta human and a group of Mind-Inc indoctrinated help had broken in to steal an exhibit, rushing to the lobby to see what the noise was, Walter came face to face with the group before he was telekineticly thrown into a display case of Roman armor before being left for dead. Feeling in over his head (and his broken bones), He picked himself up from the debris hoping to get back to the security office and call the authorities, pausing to put on the segregated armor in hopes of protection. 

The cursed ''arma segregarentur'' Overtook him, his body growing and toning into that of a seven foot manbeast that resembled the lions in arena pitfights, summoning the Gladius bound to the armor, Walter; now The Legionnaire, chased after the robbery group, slaying them down to the last man in an enraged haze, until he woke up the next morning in his work clothes back home. Recalling what had happened the night before, he decided to keep the armor, taking the name of The Legionnaire as a new passion in life, slaying wicked men and beasts to enforce the law of the people.
