'''Titan''' is a power armored hero, operating in Millennium City. The 11 year old hero deals mostly with street crime. However, as his skills and popularity grow, the boy is finding himself taking on stronger and more global foes.
=History=
One his way home from school, young Nicholas Cottrell witnessed a group of superheroes arresting members of a known street gang. The gang was moving stolen weapons and tech through the city. The heroes turned in the weapons, but left a number of unasumming items at the warehouse where they found the gang members. One such item was labeled "Titan Booster Frame."

When Nicholas when to check out the scene, he accidentally activated the frame, which surrounded his body with high-tech armor. The Titan Booster Frame, taking the form of an exoskeleton, increased the boy's strength greatly. After the initial excitement wore off, Nicholas found that he could not remove the frame. Panicking, the boy fled the scene and hid on top of a nearby building. As suddenly as it attached itself, the frame deactivated once Nicholas calmed down.

Once his grounding was over for not not coming home after school, Nicholas began to experiment with the Titan Booster Frame and test its abilities. Once content, the boy took the the streets as the young hero Titan to help keep Millennium City safe.
=Secret Identity=
Titan maintains a secret identity. As a child, he's bound to end up in trouble or have his crime fighting career put to a swift end should his parents find out. Titan operates mostly after school and at night, when he is able to sneak out of his rear-facing bedroom window. He has yet to reveal his identity to friends, for fear that bullies may come after them. Aside from the obvious problems, Titan is used to fighting adults and powered villains. If he were to strike another child in anger or desperation while using the Titan Booster Frame, his super strength would likely cause death.
=Abilities=
Titan is a normal, unpowered human.
==Equipment==
Titan's "powers" come from the Titan Booster Frame, an exoskeletal power armor that came into the boy's possession. The armor expands from its backpack housing, covering the majority of the Nicholas' (or any other user's) body.

The armor grants Titan superhuman strength and improved durability. These make Nicholas significantly more capable of withstanding super powered combat. The armor also has a limited reflex AI, which auto-responds to immediate threats and defends the wearer. This helps the largely unskilled child fight criminals and super villains. Lastly, the armor grants its user the ability to fly. This flight is limited to the lower atmosphere, as the armor is not sealed. 
==Other Abilities==
Nicholas is fairly athletic, playing baseball at school and on weekends. To better facilitate being a super hero, Nicholas has asked his parents to enroll him in a boxing class. Unfortunately, they think that he is too young right now, and want him to wait until Junior High.

In the meantime, with the aid of the armor's reflex AI, Titan has developed a fighting style that relies on knocking opponents backwards as well as utilizing the momentum of his flying speed. While quite durable, Titan is still a child, and this fighting style helps keep him safer when fighting large groups or particularly dangerous opponents.
=Affiliations=
Titan is currently a member of [[New Vigil]], a super group of other under age heroes. In the past, he has been affiliated with a small super group that helps new heroes, and briefly teamed up with an alien who went on to form a super group for other aliens living on Earth.

Among other heroes teamed with in the past, Titan seems to be held in high regard. He's been complimented for his quick growth as a hero and for his strength and dependability in a fight.
=Costumes=
Titan's main costume shows the Titan Booster Frame, extended over Nicholas' normal clothes (a red t-shirt and shorts).

His secondary costume is his secret identity in casual attire. Currently, this is a toque and winter coat (it's winter right now, and Titan was recently romping around Canada).

I don't like lying to them, but they probably wouldn't let me be a hero anymore if they found out."''
