History: Little is known about Mr. Prizrak, aka the Bugimen, before he came to Detroit in the 1970's and soon earn a reputation as one of the most dangerous, methodical, and sociopathic street killers on earth. Believed to have help created the Mafia hold during the 70's and 80's, assassinating key rivals and political figures. The Police was never able to catch Artur, as he seemed to vanish like a ghost.
After the destruction of Detroit in the 1990's, he had become the most renown and feared Hitman in the city, sought after by the Purple gang and many other criminal Cartels before eventually retiring. It is believed that, amoung his criminal contracts, he also work as a freelance mercenary for various factions of the UN.
