Airi is one of the fugitives who escaped to present-day Millennium City with stolen technology. She is currently under pursuit by IIIXIII.
Biography
Airi is an ex-U.N.T.I.L. Hunter operative and she belongs in the same team where IIIXIII is assigned. She used to be an upholder of justice until one fateful incident when she witnessed a mass murder and got the perpetrator arrested. After a brief trial, the suspect got acquitted due to lack of sufficient evidence, as well as some meddling from the government since the killer is a close relative of one of the most influential senators in the country. Airi then realized that the government she is working for is a cesspool of the corrupt and the oppressor, and she considered working for U.N.T.I.L. as a hopeless campaign against crime and corruption. She then decides to go rogue and decided to take the law into her own hands. She murdered the acquitted killer, along with his family, making her a mass murderer in effect. She is then branded as a fugitive and escaped to the past with assistance from a mysterious figure, who claimed to have given her the chance to change history to lead people towards a brighter future.
She then arrived in Canada a few years before the Qularr invasion took place, and she immediately gained acquaintance with the Hunter Patriots, who seem to share her ideals on how justice must be enforced as well as their disdain of the current Canadian government. With her abilities as a mistress tactician accompanied with extreme battle-savvy, she successfully led a terrorist cell and was able to occupy some territories in Canada. She then has heard of IIIXIII's arrival in Millennium City, Airi then decides that it is her destiny to face her longtime comrade in a climactic battle.

Similar to IIIXIII, Airi has been issued a L.I.V.E. armor dubbed the "Intense Heat". With the armor, she is capable of manipulating the oxygen in the atmosphere and produce flames of varying intensity by causing an artificial friction in the air. She then uses the flames to blast her opponents to a crisp. She was also enlisted in the Enhanced Humans program similar to IIIXIII, which gave her physical abilities to surpass regular athletes as well as provider her with sufficient stamina to maintain the use of her L.I.V.E. armor.
Aside from being an excellent combatant, Airi is also a master tactician and strategist, being able to uphold morale among her subordinates as well as to lead her army towards victory, as evidenced by her successful campaign in the Canadian Wildlands.
Since she is allied with the Hunter-Patriots, Airi is given unlimited resources as well as an army of dispensable mercenaries at her disposal. Her men are fiercely loyal to her and they're willing to carry out her orders no matter how suicidal it may be to them. Despite being a strict and ruthless leader, Airi cares for her men like how a mother takes care of her children, which may be the reason behind the mercenaries' strong morale and loyalty towards her.
