App doesn't mingle much with humans except for the occasional socialization, mostly sticking to fighting evil. However, there are a few exceptions.

- Raloz, The Nefarious Shade: Shade is Apathy's younger brother by blood. Where Apathy was born with various physical imperfections and was deemed weak and cast out by his family, Raloz was born the perfect one - the favorite. However, App is not driven by petty motives; Raloz is a murderous carnivore of a demon who hunts humanoids for sport and food, and Apathy is oddly motivated to put a stop to his brother.
Physical
Appearance
((WIP)) He stands awfully tall at an even eight feet, built like a brick wall armed with fangs, horns, spikes and claws. Ranging from his oddly colorful eyes to the wisps of hair framing his masked face, his demonic horns jut from his skull and his almost elven pointed ears all cause him to stand out. Oddest of all is his right arm, which appears to be badly mutated compared to the rest of his body, which is relatively 'normal'-looking for a demon. He comes with a pair of leathery demon wings and an oddly devilish tail.
Physical Traits
Apathy's body is polymorphic and he can change his physical appearance and voice to practically any look or sound, as long as he has seen it before. This is a trait Apathy refers to as "Ventriloquism".
Ink Form
Apathy can lose his physical form for the mostpart, becoming a shadowy figure that looks like oily, shiny black ink. This allows him to slink through cracks in walls, open doorways and the likes, unnoticed.
Personality & Mentality
He is very, very apathetic. Very little, if anything, seems to bother him to even the slightest extent.
Powers & Abilities
App's primary focus is manipulating shadows and darkness through innate Qliphothic mastery. It appears to be a racial trait of his kind of demon. All shadow attacks tend to be oily and black solid blasts or purple-tinted and wrapped in fog. Apathy's attacks are unique in that he can actually drain not only life, blood and souls, but magic, innate energy and even emotions with every strike, 'feeding' on these drained forces. He is, in many senses of the term, vampiric.
Powers
- Shadow Bolt: App relentlessly flings shards of shadows wrapped in purple mist.
- Shadow Blast: Apathy prepares a blast of what appears to be a wave of... oil? It certainly hits hard.
- Shadow Embrace: App produces a swarm of oily black tentacles from somewhere on his body, usually the palm of his hand, lashing, strangling and striking his enemy.
- Lifedrain: Apathy focuses an attack with the intent of sapping a victim's energies. Whether this is their blood, soul, magic reserves or even their emotions, he can completely leech a target's strength if given the chance.
- Regeneration: As long as Apathy has the energy and lifeforce reserved to do so, he can recover from near-total destruction and completely regenerate lost tissue.
Travel Methods - Teleportation & Flight
Apathy is able to either deconstruct his own body and assume the form of a shadow to move about, or to use his wings where darkness isn't available, so that he may fly about.
Teleportation
App can deconstruct his own body down to molecules and particles and 'hitch a ride' on a shadow or some form of supernatural darkness that he creates, effectively teleporting aroound.
Flight
App's wings are more than just for show, as he uses his super strength to allow his wings to lift himself and fly about.
Weaknesses and Limitations
- Starvation: App is immortal and decidedly difficult to permanently kill. However, he can be captured and starved, for example, and will be left so weak that he cannot manipulate darkness nor regenerate.
- Direct Sunlight: Sunlight can weaken Apathy, and his eyesight is terrible in bright sunlight.
- Loud Noises: Overly loud noises can practically blow App's eardrums due to how acute his senses are.
- Holy/Celestial Energy and Blessed Items: App can't stand to be around holy energy, celestial light, or blessed items - being a demon, they repel him like water might repel a classical vampire and can be used to severely injure him.
Equipment
Apathy carries a mundane-looking broadsword, as well as his standard armor and outfit. He also bears arcane relics across his body that keep him relatively docile and keep him in check, ensuring he does no evil.
Summarized History

Apathy was not always a crime fighter; he began his 'career' on Earth as a demon that had escaped the Qliphothic Realms, breaking through to Earth in the early 1900s. For decades, Apathy was a violent supervillain with ties to DEMON, randomly appearing across Europe, namely the United Kingdoms, and the United States around central-eastern America over the years. He was the mastermind behind a few nefarious plots that he went creditless for, the blame falling upon other supervillains and organizations, much to his enjoyment.. until he made a foolish oversight that caused his defeat and capture by UNITY in 2009, following the revelation of his dark deeds. He was given two options -- one, to be banished to his home world, or two -- to accept a ritual that would bind him to serve and assist UNITY in cleaning up the world. Knowing the dangers of the Qliphothic, Apathy chose self-preservation.

Trivia
Apathy eats flesh, particularly human flesh, as sustenance. He also drinks human blood. Though he is able to easily get human blood from blood banks and willing targets, it is unknown where Apathy feeds on flesh from; however, UNITY has stated that they have been feeding him two whole cows and a whole pig daily, so perhaps he has alternatives.

- Apathy was once a supervillain that was notorious for overly violent attacks that resulted in dozens or more dead and unbelievable totals in collateral damage. However, he was defeated and detained, given the ultimatium
- Apathy requires blood from a fresh, living source to survive. He is often seen visiting blood banks.
- Apathy has to have all of his clothes custom-tailored at the Millennium City big-and-tall shop.
