Mat O'Conner was a normal guy (well as normal as a guy with aspurger's syndrome gets), until one day he got sucked into a black hole that suddenly appeared. He was in OUR universe now, he's stuck inside the champions universe. He gained some powers but would rather use a suit of armor he randomly found that automates to make machines.

Captain California! Dimensional Counterpart?

When this P.R.I.M.U.S Angent heard that MC needed help, he headed from the desert outpost under the name Captain California. He didn't know that shortly after he left, the desert would come under siege by grond and the irradiates. He knows it's not his fault, but feels guilty for allowing the defecting of the traitors: Gertz and his henchmen. He has not met Azure Defender but he claims to share the same secret identity. He later said that he based his previous statement on speculation.
