Origin
Born in 1980, in Pensacola Florida, Bullet grew up an irregular soldier's daughter. Her mother died in childbirth, and her father, then a Captain in the US Army, left her in the care of a nanny for the first seven years of her life. While she was raised, Captain McCartney rose through the ranks, blocking his grief with an obsession for his work. When he attained the rank of Colonel, he was transferred to the illustrious and highly classified Project Whisper.
He was deployed to Europe, and Lianne, now eight, was sent to a boarding school in Belgium. Under harsh tutelage she went through a decent education, and spent the following eight years in Europe. Every summer holiday she would visit her father if she could. Against his hopes, she showed a great interest in his profession, and although he could never give details, he did start teaching her about his line of work.
Her normal schoolwork was always of average quality, but she showed an uncanny ability with firearms. Her father, while initially disappointed, eventually took pride in his daughter's skills and went so far as to enlist her in the US Army at the age of eighteen. She did not object.
She finished basic training with the best of her class, and went on as a corporal with the 101st airborne division. Various deployments across the world, her skills as designated marksman, and her knack for urban warfare, got her to rise through the ranks quickly and without incident. All of her CO's commended her ability, and all of them also noted her off-duty attitude as her only real problem. She was repeatedly denied transfer to the US Army Rangers, failing the psychological screening which noted an almost complete emotional detachment to all but her father, as a sign of possible mental instability.
When her father left Project Whisper and the army, she also left the military life and became the first employee of her father's newly established Stoneshield Security Consultancy. Her abilities continue to impress, and her annual salary is amongst the highest in the company.
She is currently deployed in Millenium City with a small unit. The contract specifies that she and her men are to take over every day police duties when larger threats to the city occur. In her own words, "when the superfreaks and cops are busy fighting giant alien robot demons, my boys and I are on the other side of the city, keeping the normal thugs at bay".
Powers/Abilities
Bullet has no superhuman powers or abilities. Her skills as a marksman are amongst the best in the world. This is further enhanced by an ocular implant, which links into her sidearms, causing her aim with these two weapons to be all but perfect at ranges under 300 yards. Her skill with firearms that lack the ocular link has deteriorated somewhat, and the price of the required modifications causes her to stick with the two glocks.
"I demand the best, and I give the best". Her father, finally coming to terms with his daughter never becoming what he had hoped for her, provides her with various other technological advantages. Besides the bionic eye she's begged for for years, he has provided her with a shield projector she wears around her left arm, an advanced kevlar/spandex bodysuit, and titanium coated light body armor.
Personality
When on duty, Bullet is calm, controlled and focused on the task at hand. She remains cool under fire, is a creative problem solver and shows valor and skill in combat. Off duty however, she is unstable, a borderline alcoholic, and promiscuous. Also worth mentioning is her straightforward dislike towards meta-humans or otherworldly entities. She often finds herself in trouble over comments that are easily perceived as insulting or demeaning, which in turn causes her dislike to grow further.
Appearance
Bullet has blonde hair and various tattoos on her upper body. Her ocular implant is her most distinguishing feature as its green and black are a stark contrast to her unmodified blue eye.

Gray - "I knew her father, a good man to have watch your back. She has a lot of that too. She's good but fickle as the ocean and just as deadly. Catch her on the right night and you wont be alone when you leave but don't have any illusions it'll last past dawn." ((Feel free to add your own))
