Who is she?
Even in a world of superheroes and the supernatural, Penny is something of an anomaly.
She's just one of those mysteries that refuses to make any sense.
Her Origin
EVERY superhero has an origin story, right? Some kind of tragic backstory of how they got their powers and embraced their destiny to become a hero?
Well not Penny. She just kind of showed up out of nowhere one day. No, really!
There are no records of her prior to her appearance in 2018. She's claimed that her earliest memory was waking up after having fallen out of a tree. In one rare occurrence that Penny decided to cooperate with a Police interrogation, a psionic hero was brought in to perform a mind reading, and after being rickrolled by Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up", they were able to verify that she wasn't suffering from amnesia, she simply didn't have any memories before 2018.
