Commander Kaiser, the leader of JayCo's soldiers has an entire army at his disposal. But unlike Dr. Braindead, he prefers to fight himself. His mechanical limbs allow him to move at inhumane speeds and flex beyond human limits. Kaiser masters two different Martial Arts, and one that he invented himself. Which is shooting the victim's knee, and curb stomping the victim's head. Classy, huh? Like many JayCo -Units, Commander Kaiser wields Thermal Energy-based weapons, which are able to blast trough anything less durable than Titanium with ease.
Equipment and Paraphernalia
Commander Kaiser has sacrificed his organic body, leaving nothing but his head behind. His frame, REICH-U-49 protects him at all times. He is Dr. Braindead's most valuable soldier, therefore extremely durable. His Endo - and Exo-Skeleton are both made out of Dr. Braindead's signature alloy, Solid Smoke. Kaiser can also activate a magnetic shield, which deflects bullet or other projectiles back at the sender.

His name would sign him to be of German origin, but in truth Luka Kaiser was born in Estonia.
His father was German, and that is where he got his name.
For Luka's entire life, he was...
Different than the others.
He had little care for others, and was extremely selfish. He had the dreams of being the best at everything. This was impossible.
Luka was diagnosed with Polio at the age of 2.
His bones were in poor condition, and he could hardly walk.
Poor, poor Luka.
Luka gave up college on the first year.
He was stupid. Unintelligent.
But he had an excellent head for Tactics.
But this, of course did not help him in any way.
Luka was... Useless. Waste of human resources.
Until one day, The Kaiser had had enough. He had heard of Dr. Braindead.
He flew all the way to America, and got his hands on contacts who could arrange a meeting for him with the famous Dr. Braindead.
Braindead saw potential in him.
Luka swore to serve Braindead until his death, but in exchange, Dr. Braindead would create a mechanical body for him.
Delighted by the young Military-fanatic's enthusiasm for Dr. Braindead's goals, he gladly accepted.
Months after genetical engineering and cybernetical augmentations, Luka Kaiser was reborn.
Dr. Braindead made Luka the Commander of his JayCo-Trooppers.
Commander Kaiser.
He will have his revenge for humanity.
