Paralyzed from the waist down Crystelle uses special tech braces that give ther the ability to bend water.
Her purple is a fish mutation. She was given by Rave. In failed attempt to heal her paralyzed spine. She gain a heal factor but the nerves were too damaged to cure.

As powerful as large bodies of water may be. Her equipment isn't as stronge in research. Blood bending with this tech is not much effective against supers.
