Personality
Outward Spoken, if there's one thing Cy isn't it's Narrow Minded. She can be exceptionally loyal to the point of putting her life in another's arms. But she can also have Sadist streaks. All-in-all she is a devout Registered Hero with quirky tastes in culture.
Appearance
Overview
Born and raised in England, London, Cy had an easy life - For a mutant. Her ability's to turn air to Ice manifested in her Teens, wherever she stood Ice seemed to form beneath her feet, it got to the point that at Winter time if the Central Heating was on she'd wake up laying in a puddle of water subsequently sleeping with her window wide open as it snowed outside seemed to make her much more comfortable. Cytheria simply doesn't feel the cold.
Difficulty in her Teens passed quickly she soon learnt to keep her 'Powers' under Control and started to attend college, it was then she discovered the Underground world of S&M. She had found her release and discovered more about herself than she ever had at the age of Eighteen. She learnt Control, Discipline, taking and dishing it out, the lessons she learnt back then taught her many things one of them was how to acutely focus herself. Cytheria got heavily involved in the scene until she was once abused by a rather harsh Master, it left her with scars she still has today. Though it wasn't this act that drew her to Heroism - She was actually studying Journalism and figured the best story's would be the ones you made yourself. A Peter Parker/Spiderman-esque approach, as such she's always got her trusty camera on her person ready to snap away at other Heroes doing crazy stuff or snapping herself. This could be seen as big headed but half the time the photo's aren't sold to the tabloids at all, it seems Cy simply enjoys capturing the world on camera.
She came to Detroit looking to relight her taboo desires; Applying for Membership at the Fetish Fuel Club, she hopes to make a living, be it even photographing. Her priorities are finding new friends, and delving back into her edgy S&M lifestyle with a like-minded community. Since making a home in Detroit it seems she's found love in Rosepetal often seen standing beside her.
Ice Powers
Air Manipulation
Probably her most well known skill is able to manipulate the air around and away from her she can conjure a snow-storm with ease. Set up Ice blocks that could stop a tank shell protecting those behind it. Freezing equipment, people, objects immobilizing them without harm.
Ice Conjuration
When the air turns so cold it turns to Ice and like a sculptor Cytheria is able to create intricate objects - From a solid block of 3ft thick ice to an intricate Rose. The thing is Cy cannot control heat, once the objects are sculpted they thaw and melt naturally.
Disadvantages
In hot and dry climates such as a Desert, a Forge, Volcano, or anywhere where there's little water Cy's powers are neigh on rendered useless. She cannot manifest ice faster than it melts and gathering the water from the atmosphere around her proves difficult. Some people have noticed Cy sweats far more than a normal Human being in these areas.
Equipment
Jet Boots
Do what they say on the tin. Took her a while to acquire these, but they can propel her at great speeds through the air. Their pretty much top notch stuff often used with Power Armor configurations. Because they are used typically with power armor Cy carries other items that help stabilize flight.
Kendrite Claws
The complex gloves Cy wears can act much like 'The jaws of life' great for cutting steel. She often wears them whilst on duty and they are easy to remove.
