SUMMARY
Dakka visits a massive water dam in Egypt when VIPER attacks the facility. The attack is repelled at the last minute by Osprey, a super-hero from America who was alerted to attack. Osprey learns that VIPER was after a unique and undocumented artifact, buried underneath the massive dam. Dakka eventually discovers the artifact VIPER was seeking, and it empowers him with fantastic mystical powers of mysterious origin.
HISTORY
Childhood
Dakka Al-Fareed was born in southern Egpyt near Aswan.
His family was quite wealthy, but not aristocrats. His father (Abid) was a senior engineer in the Aswan High Dam project while his mother (Talar) was a Muslim from London, England and possessed a PhD in Egyptology.
Dakka was the eldest son and probably the favorite of Abid and Talar. He was an exceptional student and a gifted athlete, at one point he considered a soccer scholarship for Al-Ahly (his favorite club). Instead, Dakka decided to proceed in the footsteps of his mother and began to study archeology at Cambridge, England.
His fierce loyalty to Islam and his very thick Egyptian accent left him without many friends in England.
