Put any friends or allies your character may have in here. You may give them descriptions or simply list them. To make a numbered list, simply place a # at the beginning of each new line:

Dawnlight's father, the one who bore the mantle before her and passed it down to him. He's a notable hero in the Pacific Northwest, and even has a comic series currently ongoing under his name. Though, with the family power passed down onto Evelyn, he mainly manages their charitable foundation as Richard Stanton and offers occasional advice to his legacy. Usually in the form of very stern phone calls.

Background and Origin

The Origin

The first Dawnlight came into being in the late 50s, adorned in the white and gold that would come to be the staple of the legacy for the next seven decades. Andrew Stanton, imbued with the power of sun by an unknown source, took that new power and used it as a masked vigilante to protect the people of Portland. He was never anything special, even in his day. It wasn't until he passed the mantle, and power, down onto his firstborn son Richard Stanton. The second Dawnlight is what brought the name into the public consciousness; becoming one of the most well-known and lauded heroes of the Pacific Northwest and rocketing himself and his family into a life better befitting of that stature after going public with his identity.

Then on her eighteenth birthday, with a small family ceremony, the power of Dawnlight was passed down onto Evelyn Stanton. Along with all of the myriad expectations that came with it. The unerring public eye. The concern and 'guidance' of a stern father. Competition with her peers to be among the 'best'. It made Portland a nightmare. It wasn't long after that that Evelyn, now Dawnlight, moved her base of operations to her dorm room at Millenium City University.

The Ongoing

A status quo has yet to be set for Dawnlight's life in Millenium City. She continues through school, she fights crime, but there has yet to be any major upheaval of that routine. For now, it's all business as usual.

Powers, Skills, and Attributes

Powers

Solar Battery - Dawnlight passively absorbs light, holding an unmeasured amount of it inside of herself to fuel her powers. There appears to be a limit, as her ambient glow is a byproduct of venting the excess energy.

Light Beams - Using that stored solar energy, Dawnlight can laugh beams of light from the palms of her hand (or elsewhere, though that's her preferred method) that impact with the same force of a beanbag shell from a shotgun. Quick to put anyone unpowered on their behind.

Heightened Attributes - Another usage of that stored light - she can draw on her inner battery to heighten her physical attributes - pumping up strength, speed, and dexterity to points close to double the peak human limit, though this is more draining than simple beams.

Skills

The Basics - Dawnlight has no skills that stand out in any remarkable sense - she's moderately intelligent, athletic, and has a few hobbies that she dabbles in during her limited free time. Nothing exceptional.
