Doc was my 'grind to 40 omg fast character' at release back when Mini-Mines were Mini-Nukes and coupling with Force Shield and Regeneration that didn't scale down while you blocked made good work of just about everything. There isn't much of a back story, there definitely isn't a rhyme or reason to her build currently and it pretty well sucks. I plan on fixing it, but options are limited these days in the Munitions frame.
