Draca is the mutant hybrid son of a dragon father and mutant mother making him half-dragon mutant.
Dragon Physiology: Draca is a mutant half-dragon, giving him the appearance of an anthropomorphic dragon, including wings, claws, scales, prehensile tail etc. That also gives him a variety of superhuman and magical attributes.
Superhuman Strength: Draca possesses vast superhuman strength able to lift 100's of tons with the potential to lift thousands.
Superhuman Durability: Draca's body is considerably stronger and harder than a human and is impervious to injury to an extraordinary extent and able to survive in extreme temperatures and pressures.
Superhuman Speed: He can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: His enhanced musculature is far more efficient than that of a human. As a result his muscles produce no fatigue toxins, granting him great physical stamina in all activities.
Superhuman Agility: Draca's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Reflexes: Draca's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Senses His natural senses are far superior then that of a human.
Immortality: His half-dragon physiology has made him completely immune to the effects of aging after reaching adulthood.
Fire Breathing': Is able to exhale fire either as fireballs or as a stream.
Flight: Possesses the ability to fly by means of his natural wings. Naturally adapted to flying.
Magic: His dragon heritage gives him great magical abilities, including manipulating magical energies and elemental forces, matter transmutation, telepathy, enhancing his physical abilities.
Shapeshifting: Draca is able to shapeshift though he typically uses it to take human, dragon or partial dragon forms.
Mutant Powers:
Superhuman Mental Processing: Draca's mutation has gifted him with superhuman intelligence, intuition, pattern solving/recognition, limitless information storage/retrieval, perception/observational skills, and logical/philosophical structuring. His mind also processes information quickly, giving him a limitless and accelerated learning aptitude. He can also quickly analyse multiple, limitless information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. He possesses an eidetic memory (he never forgets anything and has perfect instant recall), he can read at superhuman speeds, has perfect deductive/reasoning skills. He is also immune to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus.
Biokinesis Draca primary mutant power is the ability to manipulate the biological structure of his own and other people's bodies and any organic matter on a molecular level by producing a bimolecular energy of magical origin at will. Because of it's mystical nature Draca's biokinetic power is at lest semi-sentient capable of independent action and possibly thought.
Genetic Manipulation: His powers also allows him to manipulate the genetic code on himself and others, by enhancing and mutating the body to his desired effect including size, mass, pigmentation etc.
Power Bestowal: Draca is able to bestow powers to others and reactivate suppressed mutant abilities.
Healing: He is able to himself and others to an unknown degree.
Resurrection: Draca's powers will allow him to self-resurrect when he dies. He can also use it to bring others back to life.
Molecular Regeneration: He possesses a natural healing factor that is further enhanced by his biokinesis able to regenerate on a molecular level any damage and destroyed tissue, broken bones and brain cells at superhuman speed and efficiency. He can also regrow missing limps and organs. His healing factor also keeps him in optimum health and peak physical condition giving him very defined muscles and body shape that will not change no matter his life style. He also has endless vitality, libido, and will to live. He is devoid of any disorders, diseases, disabilities, etc.
Death Touch:
Bio-Blasts: Draca can use his bio-energy in the form for offensive blasts and bursts.
Self Sustenance: Newgrave does not need to sleep, eat, drink or breath as the bio-energy he generates completely sustain him.
Power Absorption Immunity: Draca and his powers are uniquely linked in such a way that it is virtually impossible for them to truly be stolen, negated or removed for his powers will allways return to
him.
