Draca is the mutant hybrid son of a dragon father and mutant mother making him a half-dragon mutant.
Dragon Physiology: Draca is a mutant half-dragon, giving him the appearance of an anthropomorphic dragon, including wings, claws, scales, prehensile tail etc. That also gives him a variety of superhuman and magical attributes.
Superhuman Strength: Draca possesses vast superhuman strength able to lift 80 and 100 tons.
Superhuman Durability: Draca's body is considerably stronger and harder than a human and is impervious to injury to an extraordinary extent and able to survive in extreme temperatures and pressures.
Superhuman Speed: He can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: His enhanced musculature is far more efficient than that of a human. As a result his muscles produce no fatigue toxins, granting him great physical stamina in all activities.
Superhuman Agility: Draca's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Reflexes: Draca's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Senses His natural senses are far superior then that of a human.
Immortality: His half-dragon physiology has made him completely immune to the effects of aging after reaching adulthood.
Regenerative Healing Factor: He possesses a natural healing factor that is further augmented by his mutant powers able to regenerate damaged and destroyed tissue, broken bones and brain cells at superhuman speed and efficiency. His healing factor also keeps him in optimum health and beyond peak physical condition giving him very defined muscles and body shape that will not change no matter his life style. He also has endless vitality, libido, and will to live. He is devoid of any disorders, diseases, disabilities, etc.
Fire Breathing: Is able to exhale fire either as fireballs or as a stream.
Flight: Possesses the ability to fly by means of his natural wings. Naturally adapted to flying.
Magic: His dragon heritage gives him great magical abilities.
Pocket Dimension: Draca can create a vault-like dimension for witch he stores various items and money.
Superhuman Mental Processing: Draca's mutation has gifted him with superhuman intelligence, intuition, pattern solving/recognition, limitless information storage/retrieval, perception/observational skills, logical/philosophical structuring and learning capabilities. His mind also processes information quickly, giving him a limitless and accelerated learning aptitude. He can also quickly analyse multiple, limitless information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. He possesses an eidetic memory (he never forgets anything and has perfect instant recall), he can read at superhuman speeds, has perfect deductive/reasoning skills. He is also immune to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus.
Molecular Manipulation: Draca's primary mutant is the ability to control, transform, and manipulate all forms of matter and energy on a molecular level. That he can use to his powers for virtually any effect, as many of his mutant powers are a byproduct of this one. This power is at least partially mystical in nature as it seems to have some form of sentience capable of independent action and possibly thought. A few powers he has demonstrated are:
Biokinesis: Able to control the biological structure of his own and other people's bodies and any organic matter.
Genetic Alteration: He can manipulate the genetic code of himself and others, by enhancing and mutating the body to his desired effect including size, gender, pigmentation etc.
Matter Manipulation:
Creation/Evolution: He can create any type of creature he can imagine and evolve them, himself and others.
Healing: He is able to himself and others to an unknown degree.
Resurrection: Draca's powers allow him to automatically self-resurrect when he dies. He can also use it to bring others back to life.
Enhanced Regeneration:He can his healing factor to regrow missing limps and organs.
Telekinesis:
Shapeshifting: Draca limited ability to shapeshift to take human, dragon or partial dragon forms.
Precognition:
Power Absorption Immunity: Draca and his powers are uniquely linked in such a way that it is virtually impossible for them to truly be stolen, negated or removed for his powers will allways return to him.

Super-Genius Intelligence: Draca is a polymathic super genius. He can process and analyze multiple information streams quickly, eidetic memory (meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall), speed reads, high deductive/reasoning skills and lightning-fast learning capabilities.
