Dragarl is the mutant son of a powerful sorcerer and brilliant mutant scientist that created a serum using dragon cells, genetic science and magic with witch they used on him that genetically altered him into a hybrid humanoid dragon. Giving him all the physical and magical power of a dragon.
Dragon Physiology: Marc's true form is that of a humanoid dragon able to shapeshift between a European-like dragon and human forms, Giving him a variety of superhuman and magical attributes
Superhuman Size: As a dragon he never stops growing in size and mass and will continue to as he ages.
Superhuman Health: Drayce possesses physical, mental, social, spiritual, emotional, and sexual health vastly superior to any human to have ever lived. He has endless vitality, libido, and will to live. Every part in and of his body, external and internal, perfectly white teeth, he is at perfect health, and is devoid of any disorders, diseases, disabilities, etc. And even if he chose to live an unhealthy lifestyle, his health and none of his abilities would weaken.
Superhuman Strength: Has superhuman strength of unknown limits.
Invulnerability: Drayce has super-dense, bullet-resistant scales, skin, muscles, bones and organs.
Superhuman Speed: He can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Agility: Dragarl's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the human body's natural limits, even those of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: His enhanced musculature is far more efficient than that of a human. As a result his muscles produce no fatigue toxins, granting him great physical stamina in all activities.
Superhuman Senses: Drayce has superhuman senses of smell, taste, touch, balance, and hearing.
Superhuman Mental Processing: He possesses superhuman intelligence, intuition, pattern solving/recognition, limitless information storage/retrieval, perception/observational skills, and logical/philosophical structuring. His mind also processes information quickly, giving him a limitless and accelerated learning aptitude. He can also quickly analyse multiple, limitless information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. He possesses an eidetic memory (he never forgets anything and has perfect instant recall), he can read at superhuman speeds, has perfect deductive/reasoning skills.
Fire Breathing: Is able to exhale fire either as fireballs or as a stream.
Flight: Possesses the ability to fly by means of his natural wings. Naturally adapted to flying.
Claws and Fangs: Vergil possesses razor-sharp teeth and claws on each of his fingers and toes, combined with his natural strength, are able to cut most conventional materials including flesh, bone, wood, stone, and most types of metals.
Immortality: His half dragon physiology will theoretically make him completely immune to the effects of aging after reaching adulthood.
Regenerative Healing Factor: He possesses a healing factor able to regenerate broken bones, damage and destroyed tissue and brain cells superhuman speed and efficiency. he is also able to regrow missing limes and organs. He is also immune to all earthly diseases, drugs, toxins even hypnosis.
Magic: His heritage and dragon status gives him great magical abilities.
Mutations Manipulation: Dragarl is able to psionically control his own bodies mutations on a genetic-level on a virtually unlimited scale to manifest and develop new powers onto himself. he can also mutate his genetic code to alter his physical form to a degree to make himself bigger, taller, a simple change of eye or scale colour, or the shape, size and/or number of limes and organs etc. The process is slow and meticulous and once started it cannot be stopped until the desired effect is completed, Physical mutations being far quicker. Dragarl can also use this power on others but unlike when he uses this power on himself. He can only control the extent of the mutations and not the mutations themselves ultimately making the process uncontrollable, unpredictable and often irreversible. he is wreathed in arches of purple energy when using this power.
Energy Manipulation: Dragarl can generate various energies control and manipulate at will.
Energy Blasts: Marc can discharge potant quantities of purple energy as powerful blasts from various points of his body at will.

Matter Manipulation: Dragarl has the ability to transmute and manipulate matter.
Psionic Manipulation: Dragarl is capable of powerful mental abilities, including telepathy, empathy, telekinesis, precognition etc.
Power Absorption Immunity: He has enhanced himself to insure none of his powers and abilities can be absorbed, negated or removed in any way possible.

Power Limitations: The process of mutating powers for himself or others is usually slow taking a lot of time and energy sometimes taking days, months or even years to complete. Wile physical changes to his body are far quicker, usually taking no more then a week. He can also only do one mutation at a time.
Vulnerable Senses: Drayce's heightened senses can be taken advantage of.
Berserker Rage: Extreme emotion can cause him to go into a berserker rage attacking anyone in sight.
Magical Weaponry: Dragarl is vulnerable to certain magical weapons.
