History

The Beginning

A woman mysteriously kidnapped from her Chicago apartment by men with a snake like emblem on their uniforms. Taken to a facility on a distant island where she is thrown into a cell with other strange beings appearing half human, half animal. There, she is greeted by a crazed scientist who is the cause of these creatures. Brought deeper into the facility to undergo a series of harsh experiments which slowly alters her appearance of that of a feline. She becomes pregnant from these experiments to which she gives birth to a boy and a girl feline humanoids, much resembling what she looks like now from her alterations. Sadly she dies shortly after. The crazed scientist, soon to be known as Dr. Hojo Uzuki, takes the new borns and separate them giving them the names, Erogar and Regora. Uzuki would keep Erogar to continue with his experiments but the whereabouts of Regora would be unknown for the years to come.

Youth Behind Bars

Spending his youth behind bars...

Erogar growing up well into his teen years being locked up like a caged animal at the zoo. Uzuki would perform many experiments on Erogar over the years to improve this 'Manimal'. Attempting to create a super soldier for Uzuki's master, Dr. Moreau. While each experiment would be successful, Uzuki would meet a dead end trying to change Erogar. The pureness in his heart would give Erogar the chance to move on, despite the harsh conditions he has been going through. Uzuki furious of this, he would put Erogar to the test by throwing him into arena matches against near impossible creatures of Uzuki's design. By the age of 18, at least in appearance, Erogar would begin a long plot to escape the facility.

Prison Break

Under the darkness of night, Erogar would break out of his holding cell by using a makeshift key he carved out of bone taken from the arena grounds. The hour is late and security at a minimum. Erogar sneaks up on the only guard watching the cell block, knocking him out and taking his keys. Freeing the other manimals, he gathers them to begin a prison riot, freeing the other caged manimals in the other parts of the facility while Erogar disables the security and sneak up to Uzuki's office. Once there, Erogar would find Uzuki missing. Though on his desk would be a laptop with a open file of Erogar, giving detail about his past. Enraged to learn of his origins and the fate of his mother, he rushes through the facility with only one thing on his mind: To kill Uzuki.

Creator Vs. Creation

Finding Uzuki in the armory powering a power suit, Erogar would provide a challenge for the mad scientist. The increased speed and strength given to Erogar would keep Uzuki at bay but the suit would be too strong for Erogar to cause any harm with only his claws and fangs as a weapon. As the riot outside grew, a fire would break out and spread throughout the facility eventually making its way to the armory. Surrounded by flames and high explosives, Erogar uses this as a advantage to damage the high tech suit. Using his speed, Erogar would knock over Uzuki into a batch of barrels that was on fire before exploding. The explosion strong enough to start to have the room collapse down over the fight, trapping Erogar under the debris. Uzuki would return badly damaged but not out of the fight. Before the final blow, Erogar takes a piece of flaming metal and would jam it into Uzuki. The blow cripples Uzukis power armor, causing him to collapse into the burning wreckage. Shortly after a few manimals would arrive on the scene to pull Erogar out of the pile of debris, dragging him to safety where the rioting manimals would have successfully broken out of their prison, though many would have died to fight for freedom. The facility goes up in flames as the remaining manimals flee into the thick jungle.

Starting A New Life

A few weeks would go by until Erogar regains consciousness after nearly being killed, waking up in a small refugee camp of manimals that escaped the labs. Erogar is announced a hero among the group. Fully healed, Erogar and the rest of the escapees travel the island to find a new home. Surprisingly they come up to a small village of manimals that escaped the wrath of Dr. Moreau prior of Dr. Uzuki following in his masters foot steps. This village, known as New Gornyj, welcome Erogar and the other manimals to their tribe. There, Erogar meets Father Elk, the leader of New Gornyj. Hearing of Erogars tale of how him and the other manimals escaped the labs, Father Elk gives Erogar the privilege to become one of New Gornyjs most noble warriors, but declines. Erogar felt that he should use his courage and strength to aid and protect not just the manimals, but the world.

To Become a Hero

Erogar would stay in New Gornyj for a few months helping the tribe with its various tasks to keep a peaceful community. Though in the back of Erogars mind, he keeps asking the question 'Is Uzuki really dead?'. Father Elk can see the wondering mind of Erogar and gives him the opportunity to go visit the very labs he escaped from. Erogar along with a handful of New Gornyjs trusted and skilled scouts travel with Erogar to the now destroyed facility. Scorched and nearly standing from the fire that took it, the surrounding forests starts to reclaim the land. Erogar travels down to the armory where he last saw Uzuki, just to be baffled at finding the remains of the power armor used by the crazed scientist, but no body. Not letting this trouble him further, he travels up to Uzuki's office and locate the files about himself and his mother. Taking the time to read about how he became into this world, he soon finds out that he was not the only one. Learning of he has a twin sister from birth and a experiment that cloned Erogar to have a twin brother. The news surprises him but doesn't reveal this information to anyone as he uploads the file before destroying the rest. Returning to New Gornyj, Erogar gives his farewells to the tribe as he decides to venture off the island to give aid to the rest of the world. Erogar travels across the island to a hidden VIPER landing strip where he boards a cargo plane, en-route to Millennium City, where he begins his days as a hero.

Appearance & Personality

Standing at seven foot six inches, Erogar towers over most of his friends and colleagues. Facial features he appears that of a tiger with his body of a thin layer of white fur with black stripes, a complexion of that of a white bengal tiger with his blood red eyes and large fangs. Throughout his career of a hero, he has suffered many injuries which has lead to many scars and bullet wounds. One notable scar is one across his chest suffered from a claymore stabbed into his chest, with most of his fur grew back to cover the wound. Erogar is commonly found wearing his black jacket with a metal link across his chest and a red shirt. Blue jeans and his utility belt carrying an array of herbs and utensils he uses on a daily basis.

Erogar as he is today

A calm and gentle man, Erogar is someone everyone looks up to. Caring for all that is around him he rarely gets upset, unless it's in battle to see someone he knows injured...or worse. He is mostly quiet when around large groups or during battles, seeming that there is always something on his mind. though very cheerful when engaged in conversations. He enjoys the company of others while he may not speak as much, the expression in his face you can sense the courage and the sense of adventure he has.

Abilities & Powers

Erogar has no special traits that he would think would be classified as 'powers'. His strength is above average that of a human, able to lift objects as heavy as cars. Agility he runs as fast of that of what a tiger would, between 35 to 50 miles per hour. Due to being a animal hybrid, his senses are increased more than an average human would have. Eye sight he can detect the slightest of movements up to a mile away. Sense of smell he can sense and track smells at a range of roughly 700 meters and pin point the source within inches. This also helps him sniff out any chemicals or hazards in the air while at the same time, is able to sniff out spoiled foods that may have gone bad in his daily life when cooking and herbalism. Hearing, Erogar can track sounds from a great distance, due to his large ears and the way they curve, he can detect the slightest of noises up to a few miles away. This feature he uses often when detecting sounds from those he is familiar with. Just like how everyone has a different finger print, Erogar can tell who is who by the sounds of their foot steps, seeing each one all range in different frequencies and tones. Erogars taste also is stronger than most which helps him when he cooks, finding the right mix of flavors in his dishes.

Erogars abilities range between swordsmanship and marksman. Trained in the arts of Kenjutsu (Japanese swordsmanship) and Battōjutsu (sword drawing techniques), added this with Erogars strength and agility, he is a force to reckon with. Erogars fighting techniques are of his own teachings, which he calls Yowameru Fighting, Japanese for 'weaken'. Never does Erogar lift his blade to kill, only to cripple and weaken for he believes no one deserves to die, no matter how evil they may be.

Equipment

Over the years, Erogar has been through an array of equipment from when he first started being a hero to what he is today. Ranging from basic cloth with light armoring to high tech light armors for more dangerous skirmishes. His most simplest of armors is a modern version of a ninja cloth armor. Built in armor plating over his wrist and forearms down to shin guards. He used this armoring when first arriving to Millennium after meeting Lang Lu-Ch'an, who became his adoptive father before his passing. Later on Erogar upgrades his armor to that of a standard UNTIL soldier uniform with full body protection during his sorties when transferred to the harsh New Mexico desert of Project Greenskin. Only after he retires from the military, Erogar starts to design his own armors using the latest of techniques and technology. The same armor he uses today is that of a sleek black full body light armor, basic of UNTIL designs with added modifications. Flexible and durable, Erogar can withstand low caliber bullets and minor energy blasts. A built in HUD in his helmet to help increase reaction time and built in air tank to able to breathe under water for as long as half an hour. His boots are equipped for short burst rockets to help increase jumping range and extra speeds for attacking. In times of battles that don't require much armoring, Erogar wears a light leather vest with jeans with strapped on armors hand crafted by himself with his utility belt of equipment.

Weapons Erogar commonly uses is his katana. Over the years being in many battles, he hung up his traditional blade to preserve the strength and memories he has in replacement of a modern steel of Kendrium. During his time with UNTIL he has trained to use firearms to add to his array of weaponry. Erogar will always prefer his blade over firearms but there has been a few occasions where his swordsmanship would provide a challenge were as firearms would make the situation much more easier. Along with his blade and his gun of choice, Erogar carries a handful of throw able weapons and short blades like shurikens and sais. In his utility belt, he carries from a range of equipment, from climbing gear, chains, small explosives, and medical equipment.

Hobbies

Erogar can be found a lot in his restaurant business seeing it more of a hobby than a profession. Enjoying to cook at every possible moment. He'll always offer his cooking skills for any events or gatherings with nothing in return but the warm smiles of others enjoying his dishes. Aside from his daily job as a chef and business owner, Erogar enjoys playing the shamisen, the traditional Japanese three string guitar. He doesn't play the instrument all that often but when he has special guests, he is a natural to perform. Other hobbies also included tinkering in engineering, updating and crafting armors to improve his and others that take a liking to his skill. Along with his passion of cooking, Erogar has become a well known herbalist. Using an array of herbs and spices for both improving his meals and used for medical.

Nemesis

Dr. Hojo Uzuki

The mad scientist of Uzuki had a passion to be known by the world for his strange acts of finding a alteration to the human race. Thrown out of the genetic labs in Tokyo and stripped of his titles for trying to mimic the work of Dr. Moreau and his experiments to create the Manimal race. VIPER had a close eye on the mad scientist for quite some time. Giving him the privilege to combine the knowledge with Dr. Moreau. When Erogar was created, Uzuki always saw him as a son, though trying to force that son to be a cold hearted killer to impress Moreau to make a more powerful Manimal. During the prison break lead by Erogar, Uzuki was mortally wounded when trapped in the burning debris of the armory they fought. VIPER scientists manage to rescue Uzuki and transplant his brain into a android. This cause Uzuki to become enrage in power to seek the manimal who did this to him.

Ragore

(Ex-Nemesis)

Erogars cloned brother. Uzuki seeing that he could not change the pureness in Erogars heart, he decided to clone the manimal to create a vicious being. Uzuki locks Ragore away to the deepest and most secret of locations in the lab, for he himself was afraid of the creation he made. During the prison break lead by Erogar, Ragore escapes the facility and secludes himself in the deepest parts of the jungles of Monster Island. There he propaganda local manimals from the nearby settlement of Mal Zvar to join a small army to fight against Erogar, who at the time believed he was the true enemy for 'killing' Uzuki. Over the years Erogar has been convincing Ragore of the truth that happened that day, but only time will tell if Ragore will turn a new leaf to believe his brother and end his criminal life.

Friends & Family

Ryuko Lu-Ch'an: Erogars adoptive son. Ryukos true parents or place of birth is still a mystery today. Erogar on a walk through the city would find a convoy of VIPER trucks bringing caged manimals to be sold on the black market. Erogar jumps in to rescue the manimals just to find one left behind, a small tiger cub that was too scared to flee. Erogar takes the manimal in and adopts him giving him the name Ryuko.

Jade Lu-Ch'an: Erogars daughter. This hot head loves to cause mischief with the use of her fire abilities learned by the late wife of Erogar, Alyssa Gilman. She is high spirited and always up for a challenge.

Regora: Separated at birth, Regora would spend her youth in a separate section of the lab away from Erogar and her later brother Ragore. Only by the time of the prison break led by Erogar she learns of their existence. Ragore would take her away, hiding her from Erogar to have her believe Erogar was not to be trusted. Though over the years of hiding, Regora will see the conflict between her brothers will soon come to a end. When Ragore was presumed dead, Erogar finds Regora and brings her back to Millennium City.

Ragore: Even as a killing machine and bent on vengeance, Ragore would eventually start to see the error of his ways. When trying to confront his brother Erogar to put their differences aside, Ragore was caught by ARGENT hunters and brought back to Monster Island to the reserve where he would be hunted and executed the next day. Learning of these events, Erogar would break into the holding cell and free Ragore but is wounded. Ragore carries his brother until they are trapped at the edge of a cliff. As a last moment effort and to prove he has changed, Ragore pushes Erogar out of the way to safety before being hit by a barrage of bullets, where he falls to his death...or so others have thought. Surviving the fall and wounds, Ragore crawls back to the hidden cave him and Regora used to recover his wounds. Once strong enough to stand, he travels to Millennium to find his brother and sister and for once, be part of the family he belongs to.

Erogar is a well known restaurant owner, to which has some connections to the villain, Guy Sweetland. Even though outside the kitchen they are rivals, when it comes to business they do sometimes partner up.

Being from Monster Island, Erogar has many connections to the island. Most likely having Father Elk as a contact, he is update on recent events that occur on the island.

Being part animal, Erogar can communicate with any animal who can understand bestial tongue.

For being a ex-soldier from UNTIL, Erogar still has access to the facilities and sometimes is contacted to help in UNTIL operations.

Trivia

Despite his love for food and cooking, Erogar does not like the taste of guacamole. Even though he uses it in many of his dishes, guacamole alone thinks is too tangy for his sensitive tongue.

Has performed at a few live shows both at his restaurant and at events held at Town Hall as he played his shamisen.
