Fidel Hrafn is a fictional player/character in Champions Online MMORPG. His name is derived from the Old Norse language meaning "Faithful Raven", in which his back-story goes into the concept of many heroes from the DCU (DC Universe),Marvel Comics Universe (For example Hulk, Spiderman, Daredevil, and X-men which in this case would be "Beast"), as well as a one recognized movie character "Indiana Jones". His influence in the matter would be of Old Norse Mythology, and going into the Era of the Crusades.

Description:
Nathan Eindride (a.k.a Fidel Hrafn) was a Historian of Norse History, and in time would be called by Archaeologists when an Artifact in of his field is found and needs
information. On one such occasion, he was asked to help identify a Norse Artifact in the shape of an oddly shaped raven believed to date back close to the Crusades. After confirming the artifact was in fact of Norse Origin, he asked to bring it back to his lab for study. For the next few nights he would study it to see what it was for. Without knowing, a Golden/snow-white glow appeared from the artifact temporarily blinding him, and cause him to feel as though he was drunk. Before he could get his site back and feel sober, he passes out. As he woke, he felt different almost as if he was granted power beyond his imagination. Although never one to use it for evil, he decides to use this strange power to help those that are being threatened by criminals, and Villains alike. After many days of fighting crime that was being committed by the local gangs in his hometown, he noticed a raven with the same colored feather configuration as he had perched on his bedroom dresser. The raven introduced itself in the language that Fidel Hrafn understood, which it called itself "Gustavo the Snow Raven Spirit". Although startled at first when seeing Gustavo, they began conversing as to how this all began before the fate that he had experienced, and also about the other Norse spirit animals that some people believed to be Norse Gods in animal spirit form. They would soon work together when a power group of cultists known as DEMON came to Eastport attempting to summon a demon of great power to wreak havoc on the good people of the town.
Seeing an opportunity to put what he knew initially to the test, he made his attempt to stop their ritual, but prepared for what will literally stop him in his tracks. He noticed that the one leading this ritual was Demoiselle Nocturne who sought to take cover Eastport with her cult, and demons. Luckily Demoiselle Nocturne and the Demon Cult were being pursuing them unseen and helped Fidel Hrafn. After defeating the cult, they would invite Fidel Hrafn to become a member of the Champions in which he and his raven agreed to join. when arriving to the their city, he was sent to Primus for a debrief and briefing regarding his experiences and the current situation in the city.. Today, Fidel Hrafn sets his post with "The Champions" of Millennium City to stop villainy in it's tracks.
Appearance
Standing exactly seven feet, two Inches, Fidel Hrafn is already taller than the common basketball player on, and off the court. As to his body muscle mass, physically it would be almost close to a body builder, but as the phrase goes "I am stronger than I appear" would suggest otherwise. However, due to his height, you'd think he would be too tall to go through the door, but one must not underestimate his abilities, as he is quite capable of adjusting his height temporarily to pass though. When not in his full appearance, he can appear to the public as a pale man with wings of a large bird, but as to the face it can be mistaken for a Dogz Gang-banger shape. Regarding his attire, it varies on the four seasons (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn), but the majority of the time it tends to not change due to confusions people would have around him. However, being historian of Norse history on the side currently, He might wear lighter clothing.
His expression can best be shown of a strategic mindset, and always planning situations out when he is dealing with the local gangs, villains, etc. Yet, when not dealing them, his expression can be described as easy going, empathic, and can be shy in some communities. His site can be quite unique, in many situations, particularly due to changes that came with the artifact when he brought it over from the dig site intentionally to study it. Rather it be day, or night, his eyes can adapt. Due to the wide range of his voice, it be difficult to exactly describe it as a whole. Despite being considered as a attractive chap, he is still unknown to the public eye in many districts that he lends his assistance to.
Though despite being unknown by the public, not including UNTIL, Primus, and the MCPD, he is known in by the Champions for his as a hero with a grand role to play in the coming events. He is also known by them to be fond of the rare snow ravens, though a little bit had to due with being part bird himself, but the rest had to do with liking them as a young boy. Amusingly enough, some of his hero comrades like to pull pranks on him for laughs, but tend to backfire when he is already aware of many heroes that would love to do so despite being as he is. When socializing, there will be times where he can be oblivious on topics, but varies on the situation. On many occasions, he would have a Snow Raven perched on his left shoulder, which would to many would assume that the bird would be his sidekick.
Psychology:
With roots above all dealing with ancient history and archaeological enterprise, Fidel Hrafn can be the outgoing, and isn't afraid to make friends. Though initially shy when encountering new people, once he gets to know individuals well, he can be more pleasant in their company. He preferably leans to the use of foresight when penetrating mysterious positions, but is more than able to compose possible points of action, but occasionally can have the characteristics of Impulsiveness even with his raven perched on his shoulder. Fidel Hrafn can be well-organized, Strong willed,
but can be sometimes impulsive when handling various situations he is accustomed to. When it comes to people he cares about, he can be a softy, but not in life threatening situations that would require him to deal with the problem before it can do more damage to everything around him, and/or to himself. In most times, Fidel Hrafn doesn't prefer to choose a group of people over a object of any form of importance, he will try to get both before they dropped, crashed, or smashed to the ground. In regards to the matter of turbulence, he might have one chip on his shoulder, but mainly is a calm fellow even in the company of other heroes, and random citizens that would love to converse to with him. With his passion of Norse artifacts, and their history, Fidel Hrafn (if he so desired) could go in search for some when he isn't neck deep in hero duties that compel him of his undivided attention, as well as other off duty related things.
