Kobain is seriously just a normal kid with a bent metal bat. He is also very good with technology and later learns how to weaponize old tech. He was the one who build weapons for his team the Anti-Vax kids. Then he built the Genchi Action Man along with the B0nn-1.
Even though he has no powers I rank him C because he can Build anything. His brain alone is a super power right there. His mind is more important than most of other heroes.
After Rave took them under his wing. Kobain misbehaved less extreme. Kobain wants to grow up to be like Rave. He fancinated but the riches and girls that Rave has. Rave would pay for everything needed for Kobain to come up with new designs. Kobain is well on his way of becoming like his idol. Cavort and Host isn't too keen on that happening.
He path leads designing many technological advancements including the Miniture planet Rave built. He gets rich but is more suave and cool.
Goblin Girl will be his happy girlfriend for a very long time. But constantly accuse him of cheating.
