Enemies
Though Lightning Sabre, as a well-known superhero, has many enemies, two of them particularly hate him. His Nemeses are Ruby, a former friend and superheroine who has fallen under Therakiel's control, then lost her memory after Therakiel's defeat and Lightning Destroyer, his obsessive number-one fan who gained powers similar to Lightning's after invading his mind, as Lightning Sabre always brushed him off, because he wasn't cut out to be a hero, now turned into a werewolf after defeating Black Fang in a showdown. In addition to those, the five kings now have an axe to grind with yours truly because he'd managed to escape their grasp and beat them, then closing the portal as their world was decaying around them.

Lightning is known publicly as a light-hearted, kind-spirited superhero; even law enforcement agencies tend to like him because he seldom interferes with their work without getting asked. It is also public knowledge that, due to his stance on several subjects-like climate change, animal cruelty, human trafficking, xenophobia, death penalty or gun control- he tends to be slightly left-wing
