EARLY LIFE
Aiden Johnson Scott was born in Hudson City, New Jersey, on January 31, 1998. He lived in a typical middle-class two-parent household in Ardmore, a quiet neighborhood on the northern side of town, until his parents divorced several years ago and he moved to Riverside Hills. His parents shared custody for a while at first, but when Aiden's mother lost her job and opted to leave in hopes of finding better opportunities elsewhere the full custody of Aiden reverted to his father.
When his father re-married a younger woman within the following year the dynamic of the household underwent a change once more. The two dated for a couple of months first, but she became Aiden's stepmother almost immediately after moving in with them. Despite the sudden transition, Aiden seemed to adjust to it well and for a while they appeared to be a happy family again.
A few weeks later Aiden suddenly began to resent his new stepmother and started to act out, both at home and at school, becoming increasingly more difficult to deal with. He grew more and more distant, kept getting into trouble, constantly seemed to be on edge. Over time the worrisome behavior turned into an outright hostile attitude, especially towards his stepmother.
This went on for quite some time, Aiden even managed to get expelled from his school. On top of that he almost got himself arrested for committing arson, but was never charged with anything due to a lack of evidence. So when someone approached them and against all odds offered Aiden a scholarship at Ravenswood Academy, a highly-regarded educational institute in Michigan that has experience in dealing with troubled teenagers, it did not take his father very long to decide on his next course of action.
Before he got send away Aiden and his father had another heated argument where the teenager blamed his stepmother for everything that had transpired over the past year. His father just told Aiden to own up to his own mistakes, as well as questioning whether his son was doing drugs again, as this was not the first time he had tried to shove the blame. Defeated and feeling betrayed by the fact his father chose to ultimately side with his wife over his own flesh and blood, Aiden simply gave in and left for Millennium City that very same night.
