James Maundrill was born into a quite a large family, Already having 3 brothers and 2 sisters, he was one of the youngest until gorden was born, His birth place was doncaster, england. As James grew up, all he wanted to be is a defence attorney, To follow in his grandfathers foot steps Phlip maundrill. He usually when with his grandfather to doncaster high court every weekend, that suddenly came to a quick end. His grandfather was murdered, james wanted revenge and justise but he was too young to do anything about it, james was 8 at the time. he said to himself. "i will find out who murder my grandfather" he spend countless hours sneaking into the courtroom and going though evidence that he should't have in the first place. It finally payed off and james exposed the murderer, he was named "the youngest investigater". James loved playing sports, rugby was his favorite sport until that one tackle that would change his life forever, at the age of 15, he broke major parts of his lower body, doctors said that he may never walk again. Devastated hearing this, James wasent gonna give up, 4 weeks after the accident, he was determended to get back up on his feet. It was a slow process but after 8 months, he could finally walk again. One year later, james was now 16, he could't play any type of sport anymore, so he usually watched his rugby team from the sidelines when they played. An hour later after the match, it was time for science class, James hated science, hardly completed any of his work and always tries to get out of the lesson by faking to be ill. But this time James felt strange.. his vison was blurred and he felt really dizzy. The Teacher wasent going to fall for his tricks again. So james sat down, trying to concentrate, images rushed through his mind, but all of a sudden he felt like he was pushed, james stagerd backwords and then began to float, suddenly james become so bright, No one could look at him, then out of blue a loud bang echo'd through the school, shaking the building, smashing windows.
Smoke filled the room, as students stood up, fear struck them, they ran out of the classroom screaming, the only people that stayed were Jodie (James best friend at the time) and Rod, James's twin brother. James was just stood there, confused why everyone ran away until jodie past him her mirror by sliding it across the room. he was no longer human, but a dragon! James didnt know what to think at first. As he moved closer to Rod and Jodie, he could tell they were scared, so he quickly ran towards a smashed window, jumped through it and tryed to fly away. james didnt want to scare them, Jodie quickly ran to the window shouting james to come back but he didnt, he didnt even return home. a few days later, James returned home, he didnt use the door, he just watched through the window, His mum and dad sat on the couch talking to a police officer. upset and wondering where james was, he took a deep breath then reached for the door handle but stop halfway. "should i?" he asked himself, "they would't want me like this" so he took his hand away from the door handle felling really upset. Unexpectingly, his twin brother rod opened the door, he spotted james sat down on grass with tears running down his face, rod began to slowly walk up to james, then patting james on the shoulder noding and smiling "welcome back bro". james smirked feeling a little better. Rod and james entered there home. His mum and dad were shocked at first but were just glad he was back home safe, good thing he has understanding parents eh?.
A few years later, James deicided to move out at the age of 18 to pursue his dream job of being a defence attorney, that didnt go well as planned, he was declined for not being "human" enough. "a dragon in the court room? dont make me laugh". This made james angry, but he soon calmed down and then went out to explore his new home city, Millenium City. with no job, no home, simply nothing, James soon came across Defender. Defender gave james a tour around the Ren centre, james was quite amazed to see so many heros and others just like him. Defender soon recomended that he'd be best off to join untill, since he could't join the champions for obvious reasons. Until soon offered him a job in the power armoured defence and support unit, James accepted and they soon provided him with his own set of power armour, a PDA with userface interaction and a Crimecomputer. James was soon making a name for himself, he was on the front page of every major newspaper in the city with headlines such as, "dragon boy saves the day again!", "hes on fire", "Hes not cooling down anytime soon!" James loves helping out civilians in his spare time. he was even interviewed by Millenium cities action news team about his good deeds. James was loving all the attention, Maybe tranforming into a dragon wasent so bad after all but still though, all he could think about was his dream job, the reason he left home, he wanted to be a defence attorney, so he can deliver justice in and outside the courtroom.
A couple more years past, james is now a very powerful elemetal dragon and basicly cannot 'die', even killing him would't stop him regenerating, he'd just get back up and shrug it off, thanks to the training from his so called master "teekeeus tienaava" a dark dragon with increidible amount of power. Day and night james trained, teekeeus pushing him to the limit, making sure he does not fail, if one mistake is made, then teekeeus would make james start over. even james younger brother "gorden" turned up in millenium city. gorden works along side James in the until power armoured support unit, well, gordens more of the mechanic. James was happy to see gorden again.
Powers
James gained quite a lot powers since transforming into a dragon, He can manipulate fire at his will, from fire breath to fire ball etc, he also gained the ability to shape shift into anything and anyone, James can also mimic other peoples voices. "a dragons nature power". He can run fast and jump quite high in the air. he can also fly thanks to his wings, but hes not that good of a flyer but due to recent events and training from his master, his wings suddenly become a blaze of fire, but still, james perfers running, he can run so fast that even light and the darkness has to try and catch up with him. He can also communicate with others through his mind, but this power, he tends to keep it to himself. James's wounds heal at a very fast rate and his skin is as thick as rocks. While james tends to use fire as his main attacks, he can also use the other 3 elements water/air/earth but just usually keep them to himself.
Appearence
Alot of changes to his appearance due to him tranforming into a dragon, He has horns on his head, wings on his back. His face has changed the most, he has quite a long snout and Razer sharp teeth. he is now 6,2 foot tall, Red scaly skin with yellow patches on his, chest, wings, and tail. his eyes are a light green color, his hands now razer sharpe claws and his feet too, he also has a tail. James usually wears a dark brown leather jacket with blue jeans, no shoes, unless he shapeshifts his feet. He also has dog tags around his neck, one has a picture of his wife jodie smith on it, the other his two children jessica and james JR. He tends to wear smart clothes for special occasions. James loves shape shifting for fun. he also sometimes wears his power armour, either hes just finnished a mission or he is just showing off. Due to his training with his master Teekeeus, maundrill now has a lava, ice and earth form, with rocks on his body, he can shapeshift into his forms at anytime.
Relationship
James is married to the love of his life jodie smith, hes known her all his life but never had the guts to ask her out until he heard she was in Millenium city, James arranged for them to meet at the Ren centre. It was quite awkward at first, James didnt know how she would react to him, He though she would be scared, but that was quite the opposite, she ws really glad to see him again and didnt mind because she loved him, she was even gonna ask him out but she was glad he did first. There first date took place at a chinese resturant in westside, James and Jodies favourate take away food. Jodie had brought a photo album with her, sharing memories and remembering the Good old days in sandford, 2 weeks later, they were as happy as ever, jodie said to James that she was "ready" james smiled and asked her "are you sure? i mean i can understand if.. you dont er want to.." she repiled "of course james, you've made me so happy, i love you... iv always loved you, human or not" After "doing the deed" jodie transformed into a dragon herself and now they have 2 children, james JR and jessica. He is truely in love with his parnter jodie, there marriage wasent a normal one, "till death due us part, i will love you and only you" he means them and so does his partner jodie, there souls bounded and a spell was casted over them. They both feel no attraction to anyone else but each other, but if they did have intercourse with anyone else, that will result in death, not just for them both, but for there whole family aswell. This may sound extreme, but hey, they love each other and only each other so it ok. Due to the spells unforseen consequences, his wife jodie has transformed back into her human self and is unable to have anymore children. This hasent changed there relatationship one bit, although it saddens them that they can not have anymore children but there master teek did say the spell had consequences. Now they describe there relationship "beauty and the beast" they laugh and joke about it.
Personailty
James is a laid back, not to serious, nice and caring person, he speaks in a yorkshire accent. he enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves meeting new people. he can be abit shy at first. He loves those close to him, his family and is a dedicaded father. he loves shape shifting, weather it be scaring people, making them laugh or just pissing them off, some might says his insane, sometimes maybe, but all in good fun. james is not a very opinionated person, he basicly tells you straight if he dosent like something. Those who threaten his family and friends, James suddenly becomes quite aggressive and some times his angry can overcome him almost turning feral, But all in all, hes generally a nice guy and willing to help those in need.
