*Telepathy: Raven is able to read thoughts, project and broadcast her own thoughts, as well as affect the minds of humans. Like her namesake she can also tap into her own mind and project her personal 'mindscape' into the real world and warp it to her advantage, although this uses a lot of power and often times leaves her drained of energy and completely vulnerable so she is rarely seen using this power much anymore. Raven also can tap into the mind of others and project their own mindscapes into the real world, although with some difficulty if this is done without the person's permission or even if they have an indomitable will. Raven can even read the and affect the minds of animals, but this is also with some difficulty since the mind of an animal can usually be extremely feral and hard to get a read on since their thoughts can also be very 'scrambled' and hard to decipher, but not impossible.

Powers and Abilities

• Telepathy: Raven is able to read thoughts, project and broadcast her own thoughts, as well as affect the minds of humans.
• Mind Manipulation: Raven can manipulate, modify and control the thoughts, mindsets, and upper brain functions, allowing the ability to render others unconscious, suppress their memories, and negate the use of abilities, increase/decrease mental capacity, modify minds to be agreeable, sway sensations to induce altered perception, bestow mental disorders or break down mental barriers.
• Mental Paralysis: She can induce temporary mental or physical paralysis.
• Mental Amnesia: Can erase any awareness of particular memories or cause total amnesia,
• Mind Link: Ability to develop a mental link with any person, which remains as a connection to that individual, as well as share any physical or emotional pain she may receive from enemies and opponents.
• Mind Transferral: She can transfer both her mind and powers into other host bodies if her own physical body was somehow killed,
• Mental Detection: She can sense the presence of another superhuman within a small but as yet undefined radius of herself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being, etc.
• Mental Placate: She can 'calm' and 'relax' the minds of both allies and enemies and cause them to stop fighting or worrying and give her an upper hand in either helping or defeating someone.
• Mental Alteration: She can erase, implant, restore or alter the memory of others.
• Mind Possession: She can possess the mind of another, and use that being's body as her own.
• Telepathic Defense: She can manifest her telepathy in a number of defensive ways
• Telepathic Camouflage: She can alter the apparent physical appearance of herself and other people by altering the perceptions of those around her. This can go so far as to make other people believe that the camouflaged people are not there (invisible). A limit, if one exists, is only imposed by the number of people she is trying to fool, not the number of people she is camouflaging
• Force Field Induction: Ability to erect a psychic shield for protection of herself and the minds of others
• Localized Psi-Bomb: A power enhanced by Kevin Poe's Psi-Bomb threat against Westside, She can invoke a localized explosion field of psychokinetic energy which she can use to disburse of waves of enemies quicker than normal.
• Flight/Levitation: Her main way of transportation, Raven can project a mental shield around herself as well as other to mimic flight and levitation-based abilities.
• Memory Alteration: She can manifest her telepathy in a number of defensive ways
• Astral Projection: She can project her astral form from her body onto the Astral Plane or the physical plane. In the physical plane she can travel in astral form over vast distances. In the astral plane, she can mentally create psionic objects and manipulate the aspects of her environment. She can communicate with others astrally through her own will, or through contact with the thoughts and memories of others.
• Heal Trauma: She has the ability to erase a person’s memories and to heal mental trauma through “psychic surgery,” as well as the power to stimulate or deaden the pain and pleasure centers in a person's brain.

• Telekinesis: Projection of psychokinetic energy enables her to levitate objects, propel or manipulate them however she wishes, lift herself and move through the air to simulate flight, stimulate individual molecules to create heat, generate concussive force as blasts or bursts, and create protective shields.

• Power Mimicry: A mainstay of her long list of abilities, Raven can mimic the powers and abilities of others however she can only mimic powers through her own psychokinetic energy. Originally she could only achieve this through physical contact with another person but has since gone through a "secondary mutation" which allows her to mimic powers from a distance just by looking at it in action. Raven has absorbed and mimicked a lot of powers during her time as both Mindkiller and Mindscape, her powers include but are not limited to:
• Medusa's Mental Mirages: Raven can project psychokinetic clones of herself to fight alongside her in battle or even distract enemies and allow her to sneak away from the fight if need be. This power originally came from Medusa but has sense taken it for herself and only uses it in extreme emergencies.
• Mindslayer's Psychic Swords: Another power stolen from a PSI associate, Raven took this from Mindslayer after she was called in by PRIMUS to apprehend Mindslayer who broke out from Stronghold and Raven decided to take the power for herself after finally defeating her. While the power was 'fun', versatile and extremely useful she couldn't help but feel how "brutal" they were whenever she was swinging them around in battle against other enemies and thus is rarely seen using her own Psychic Swords but will use them in case of emergencies or needing to dispatch of large waves of enemies.
• Electrical Generation: A power mimicked from other random heroes and villains, She can project a "brainstorm" over top enemy's heads and cause severe damage and trauma to their psyche and prevent them from fighting.
• Cryogenic Simulation: She can mimic properties of ice and cold-based damage to literally stop enemies in their tracks and cause them to 'freeze' over.
• Pyrokinetic Simulation: She can also mimic the properties and feelings of fire and heat-based damage to create the illusion of that someone or something is on fire.
• Superhuman Strength: Raven can use a telekinetic field to lift heavy objects and people if need be. This since its such a common power amongst metahumans was the first power for Raven to ever mimic.
• Superhuman Durability: She can surround her body in a highly durable and thick invisible telekinetic sheath that provides her an extra layer of durability that can allow her to last longer against stronger enemies with supreme levels of superhuman strength.
• Simulated Healing Factor: Raven can manipulate and 'excite' the rate in which her metabolism can heal any fresh wounds she sustains and allow her to heal at a much faster rate then normal.
• Seventh Sense: Raven is subconsciously able to anticipate the moves of her opponents and know their exact move before they even know what their exactly about to do next.

• Protopathy: Raven gained a new ability due to her "secondary mutation". It was the same as another young girl's named, Adina Munroe. Adina Munroe had the ability to reshape reality by a mere thought and once her power became known to both ARGENT and PSI she was quickly apprehended and had tests run on her so she could be corrupted and use her power to reshape the world in either ARGENT's or PSI's own personal image. Adina was eventually saved and decided to leave Millennium City and not come back until she learned how to master her new power and use it to become a hero. In Raven's case she gained the exact same power and it even expands into manipulating someone's deepest and most wanted dream(s) and desires. Raven can 'burrow' deep into someone's mind and learn their most desired dream and project it into a psychic landscape in the real world and manipulate to her advantage. She can even warp reality on the physical plane, she can limit it to either a localized field of effect or and entire city or area. She widely chooses to keep it localized in part due to that if she warps the entire city then obviously the changes will be felt throughout the entire community and will likely attract the attention of other heroes and even the military. This power is also rarely used due to it being the most dangerous as its effects sometimes become permanent instead of temporary and depending on the extent sometimes Raven can and will be unable to control the psychic landscape anymore to put things back to normal.
