Oramort is the hybrid son of a dragon and mutant human hybrid processing genetic traits and abilities from both species, as well as an Omega-Level Mutant and has a myriad of powers

Dragon Physiology: Oramort has the appearance of an anthropomorphic dragon, including wings, claws, scales, prehensile tail etc.

Immortality: His hybrid physiology has made him completely immune to the effects of aging after reaching adulthood.

Fire Breathing: Is able to exhale black fire either as fireballs or as a stream.

Shapeshifting: Oramort is able to shapeshift limited to a human form and giant dragon form.

Flight: Possesses the ability to fly by means of his natural wings. Naturally adapted to flying.

Superhuman Condition: Oramort has superhuman physical and mental conditioning giving him superhuman strength, durability, health. cells etc.

Superhuman Cells: He processes superhumanly enhanced and adaptive cells and body tissues that effect his entire body and about anything connected to his cells on a genetic level, modifying and enhancing all the different types of cells and body tissues that each work on a particular functions that form the his body including brain cells and tissues, muscle tissue, blood cells, stem cells, nerve cells, hormones, metabolism etc. are at their most powerful capacity.

This flexibility extends also to all his cells including brain cells, allowing him to learn at an accelerated rate, and proves highly compatible with enhancing drugs and similar empowering substances, permanently incorporating the enhancements and quickly nullifying any and all side-effects to his body. It also accelerates his metabolic rate. His body can break down food more efficiently than a human and, as a result, expels little to no waste products. He can consume mass quantities of food while still maintaining his physique their for he dose not gain any weight on matter his life style or calorie intake.

Accelerating Regeneration: He possesses a healing factor that increases in speed, power and efficiency each time he is wounded and healed, this will make the speed of regeneration faster than before, and will get faster and stronger each time he is wounded and healed as a result of the level of punishment sustained. So far he has been able to regenerate damaged and destroyed tissue, broken bones and brain cells. His healing factor also keeps him in optimum health. He is devoid of any disorders, diseases, disabilities, etc.

Superhuman Intelligence: Oramort has a superhumanly enhanced acumen giving him superhuman intelligence, intuition, brain capacity, creativity, pattern solving/recognition, limitless information storage/retrieval, perception/observational skills, logical/philosophical structuring and instant learning capabilities. His mind also allows him to read, absorb and process information at impossible speeds while still retaining all of the information, giving him a hyper-accelerated learning aptitude and thought process. He can also quickly analyse multiple, limitless information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. and has perfect deductive/reasoning skills. it also allows him to perform several mental functions at once without losing focus on any of them. He is also immune to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus.

Absolute Memory: Oramort is a Pamnesiac giving him an extremely powerful eidetic memory with unlimited storage capacity able to instantly remember and recall everything that he have ever experienced, encountered or learned in his life with perfect clarity and accuracy. He only needs to read, hear or see something once and he will never forget it. To contain it all his brain will simply compress neural synapses, allowing memory of every event, experience or bit of knowledge from birth to be stored without limit as well as retrieve it immediately without the typical human pause for though. He is also entirely immune to the manipulation and removal of his memories.

Mystokinesis:

Magic Generation: Oramort has the unique ability to generate, store and emit virtually unlimited amounts of raw magic, making him a living wellspring of mystic energies. This power is passive in nature therefor he constantly produces magic at all times, but he can actively control the amount of emission of his magic at will. He can use his unique magical energies for a variety of effects i.e. Increasing the powers of other magic-users, firing energy blasts, transforming himself into entity of pure mystic energy and back.

Dragon Enzyme: His body can produce a unique mutagenic enzyme compound in his bodily fluids(e.g. sliver, blood etc.) transforming those exposed to it into a variant of anthropomorphic dragon, as well as giving them the typical dragon-powers common to the type of dragon. This enzyme is at least partially mystical in nature, since it appears to effect those who already possess magical abilities much faster then others. Also once exposed he can force the enzyme to go dormant until he wills otherwise, once active the process is irreversible.

Power Imprinting: Able to duplicate the powers and abilities of others within a certain range of him by automatically resequencing his DNA accordingly, then imprinting them into himself making the powers a natural part of him. This makes it impossible for him to forget or lose the powers after he has learned them as trying to erase/remove an imprinted power would be the same as trying to remove or erase an arm or a leg. This extends to all powers and abilities he was born with. He will not duplicate any gross physical characteristics from those his copying from. Also abilities that are passive in nature, are always active and don't require active concentration to use.

Power Restoration: He also has a unique biological "backup" of all his powers and abilities witch will automatically restore them should they somehow be lost or stolon.

Power Bestowal: Able to alter the DNA of others, giving them powers and if he chooses physical characteristics of his choosing and turning them into mutants.
