Phosphor

Seemingly pyrokinetic and ally of The Liberators. Phosphor was formerly a member of a terrorist organization called The Equalizers, where he was influenced against his will in order to utilize his extremely dangerous (and more importantly, very hard to control) ability for their purposes.
