A being created in the Paragon dimensional cluster to aid in bringing balance to the dimensions though the use of destruction.  It eventually gained free will and started amassing power before it was banished to a rodent.  This rodent made a pact with a small feline girl that was on the brink of death.  Use of her mind and body for her unending power.  Over time the girls mind merged with Rah's consciousness and Rah became fully aware of what she was once again.  She started her quest to gather power again with the sole goal of destroying her creator and entities like it, the Forefathers.  Over time the malice that fueled her began to temper.  After the collapse she discovered the Truth of Infinity.  After missing for some time, wondering time and space, different world lines and what not she has returned to the point in time and space shortly after the collapse.  Whats left for a bring that has untold powers and abilities?

As long as she does not go on a destructive rampage and continues to keep mostly to herself we will continue to watch.
