A unity of Apes of different species who have evolved to human level understanding due to the same mutagen that gave humans powers.
Majority of them come from the Middle East and Africa. Apes of further regions haven't been affected by mutagen.
They are a warlike people of guerrilla warfare. The Large apes and little wild monkeys make excellent unites to the legion army.

To be the top species of Earth by taking control from humans. Apes believe they the base form of humanity making them stronger. There forces was defeated by Roman Rave and absorbed into Legion by with Rebecca Black. Technically Apes has no spirit but Roman can harness their souls.

They surpassed humanity to consider themselves better. They plotted to destroy humans. But quickly realised they lacked imagination in which they need to evolve. After their defeat by supers they plot to take back the world by getting cybernetic humans to join their forces.

Orcs are strong but primitive. Even in the modern timeline there numbers are small because of centuries of infighting. There is a few orcs living in human society but majority stay within their region to preserve their culture
