Personality, and notable features
Roak has been described as severe, cold, unpleasant. All of his smiles are feigned, he never gets excited, nor is he quick to anger. He has a calmness that can be unnerving, as well his comments are often blunt, and straight to the point.
On top of this, he carries with him a very odd amalgam of speech impediments.
He occasionally drops words, pauses awkwardly all through out his sentences, and generally displays unusual cadences in his speech.
Topping this off with a light, and extremely vague accent, and the occasional stutter, Roak's unique speech pattern is unmistakable.
Roak notably dislikes attention, and being noticed. When in costume or out, he often clings to shadows, and dark corners, and tends to keep his head down.
It is for this reason that while in civilian disguise and approached by others, he often pretends to be unfamiliar with English. Though a native Spanish speaker could easily trip him up.
