Agent Foster

Agent "Frosty" Saliard Foster is a crimefighter and UNTIL field operative working in Millennium City. He was discovered half-frozen in a glacier in the Austrailian territory of Antarctica in late 2012 by a visiting Canadian man. With no memory of what happened prior to his being trapped in the glacier, and no way of actually communicating with humans, Sal wandered the continent until he managed to hitch a ride on a boat heading to back to the Americas. After arriving, Sal applied to and ended up joining UNTIL, where his powers and biology made him a standout when it came to operations in extremely low temperature environments.

After the roughly seventeenth time he requested it, and considering a recent promotion within the organization, UNTIL finally decided to transfer Sal to Millennium City, having him continue his field operative duties.
