REAL NAME:
Tatyana Siemionova Orlova

AGE:
Looks between 22 and 25

BORN:
18 August 1921

ALLEGIANCE:
Lieutenant of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, working for UNTIL as a part of the Russian UN contingent.

PERSONALITY:
Tatyana never was a "true" communist. Her motivation was to protect common people - no matter any change of regime.
And it never changed - it was her idea to propose herself to UNTIL and help with constant threat from superpowered enemies of the world.

BACKGROUND:
Before the Second World War broke out, Tatyana was a flight instructor at Kalinin Airclub (present city of Tver, located north of Moscow).

In 1941 she enlisted and was given duties as a fighter pilot of the Air Defense Force.
In the early 1942, she was leading a reconnaissance flight over far Siberia. Purpose was to locate and examine an anomaly emerged high in the air space. A single wing of I-16 fighters was posted to this assignment and Tatyana was their leader.

When fighters approached the anomaly, it errupted and destroyed all airplanes. All airmen successfully bailed out of their machines, but Tatyana was caught in the eruption and irradiated by its powers. Soon it became obvious that she's no longer a normal human and anomaly imbued her with superpowers.

What isn't known to Tatyana, or anybody else, is that the anomaly was dying cosmic entity drawn to this dimension by failed Axis ritual, the same one which made so many metahumans possible. This creature was slowly dying in the Earth environment, and finally it became unstable.

Tatyana was a great asset to her country, being one of the first Russian metahumans. Unfortunately, in the last year of war she was assaulted by scientist working for the Imperial Japan - the man known as Colonel Kato.
She won, but ended hibernated in the glacier and was not found until 2007.
