Lev Balakov is an animated, energetic and impulsive individual. He is both easygoing and easily distracted. Despite his villainous upbringing, the not-so-outstanding young man has managed to maintain a surprisingly optimistic outlook on life. Lev seems determined to not waste a single moment of his newfound freedom.<br>

He definitely has no shortage of bad habits. Lev still struggles with concepts such as personal possession. And following the rules is definitely not an area he excels in. He is still very much a work in progress.<br>
