=== Terra's first intended origin ===

[[Image:TerraHome.jpg|125 px|left]]Like any character that has existed for a long time, the character has had multiple origins. Terra Silverspar is no exception to this rule. From City of Heroes, Terra was born in Paragon City in the Kings Row district of town; basically the slums of the city. There she had an uneventful life that led her to keeping her distance from the rest of the kids of her school and keeping to herself. However, she always felt a twinge of anger that boiled just below the surface as bullies would tease her daily. Eventually this erupted in that her lycanthropic nature came forth and she ended up putting several kids in the hospital. The end result was that she ran from home.

During this time the Rikti Invasion occurred and she was left behind the wrong side of the lines of the war. She had little choice but to hide as best she can as buildings came toppling down from the attacks of the alien invaders or the direct street battles between super heroes and the aliens. She was knocked unconscious by the results of one of the battles and a medical unit eventually found her, but before they could get to her, she slipped away and fled into the protected areas of the cities. Then the acts of Hero 1 and Omega Team resulted in the Rikti invaders being driven off and she resumed her migratory life throughout the city, taking what she could to survive and sleeping in underpasses or abandoned buildings.

One day she found herself scrounging in a warehouse area when men dressed in strange uniforms started unloading heavy crates. The resulting battle gave her the first glimpse as the Council members turned into their warwolves and attacked the Longbow operatives. However she was caught in the crossfire and to save herself she transformed into her werewolf form. This resulted in the Longbow assuming she was a warwolf to and she was soon captured with brutal force. In an odd twist of fate, the facility she was taken to was attacked by Arachnos, allowing her to get freed, and she stowed away on one of the Arachnos fliers as it flew to the Rogue Isles, leading her to a strange, new life.

=== Terra's second intended origin ===

This origin isn't exactly much different from the City of Heroes origin story, with the exception that Terra was actually born in Alamo Heights, Texas and instead of stowing away on a villain group vehicle she instead spent most of her time hopping from city to city by hitch hiking where possible. When she arrived in Millennium City, she found herself in the middle of a Qularr invasion, and instead of trying to run for cover, she instead leaped into the fray to help the overwhelmed city police and heroes to the best of her abilities. This led to her getting recognition by Defender and PRIMUS as well as the key to the city itself. She still has it in her bank box.

During this era, Terra's actual appearance over went a drastic over haul. Gone was the long hair and casual jeans and jacket and a more punkish hair style was used with a long coat being the preferred worn item. However, as time went on this to would eventually change several times, with several options being randomly decided upon. Eventually the final look with some modifications was chosen and the look that Terra now has is currently presented in Champions Online as is.

However, in both versions of this story, Terra's mother had died due to the heart break of her leaving. Of course, in both versions of the story, her mother wasn't exactly what would be considered parental material, only barely keeping child services from taking Terra away to begin with by attribute that she never got in trouble until that one day, and that her mother still provided for her, albeit distantly.

Terra Silverspar is a fictional character that exists within the Champions Online universe as a vigilante. A werewolf heroine character that tries to help all those she can and is fiercely protective of her friends. She has traversed many franchises and continues to be developed and re-imagined for each universe she inhabits. In the Champions Universe she is a naturally born lycanthrope from the city of Vibora Bay. Her history there was a bit questionable, but she's since grown into her own and tries to do the right thing now. She exhibits all the natural lycanthropic abilities ranging from regenerative capabilities to being highly resistant to damage and extreme athleticism on top of her natural ferocity and fighting style. She is often just referred to as Silver or Spar by friends.

The character of Terra Silverspar first debuted in Dungeons and Dragons, but was vastly different from the character as she is now. Her origins were still a natural born werewolf, but instead she was more a rogue and thief than the actual person that will defend and protect those she cares about that she is today. She had her first evolution in Werewolf: The Apocalypse, where the character became something different with a back story that was more of an abandoned child that eventually found it's way into a life of savage monsters.

Terra Silverspar's first break out in the MMO genre was in City of Heroes where she started out as a villain character, wrongly accused and hunted down by Longbow, she eventually regained her freedom and returned to Paragon City, but still slightly bitter at what had transpired. Even though she was eventually able to see her mother's grave, her heart still belonged to the Rogue Isles and still continued to do what she could there. However, she has since disappeared from sight and mind in that universe.

Residing within Millennium City in Champions Online, Terra Silverspar goes about doing what she can to help out the citizens of Millennium City and waging a war against the Dogz of Vibora Bay. She tries to keep her distance from the other established heroes such as Black Mask, Dr. Ka, and Caliburn mostly due to her past, but will aid them if she can otherwise.

"Yea, I am a monster by any definition. You can even call me a bitch as I qualify there as well. But if a measure of a monster is because of their outward appearance only and not their inner heart, then a lot of the heroes around here should be called monsters. I am here to save lives; let my actions speak for themselves for you to decide."

Fictional character biography

SilversparH.jpg
Terra Silverspar was born in Vibora Bay, Florida at the Vibora Bay University hospital. Even then her unusual nature was obvious to those who could see due to her unusually colored eyes. However, this fact was lost on her mother, a woman who hung around a bad crowd with one of the members of the Dogz gang, a low ranking thug who called himself Silver Claw. Most records of this person had left him as being little more than a nuisance in the city itself, but causing no real issues or problems.

Her mother, however, was not exactly the most caring or beneficial of parents. Only being around when she had to be, and barely providing any food for her daughter, most of the money she gained going towards hanging out with her friends in the local bars or other less savory endeavors. This led Terra to becoming a highly independent person trying to find herself, but the more she tried to fit in with other kids, the less she felt she belonged. This manifested in actual anger that sometimes ended up scaring her more than making her feel comfortable with herself.

Eventually, she started following her mother and the local Dogz hang outs. She was interested in the "brotherhood" spiel that they fed her, and the idea of joining a group that would look after her appealed more and more to her. Without a second thought she joined the Dogz gang, but not all would keep itself hidden as she still felt the anger building inside of her. Those feelings eventually came to a head when she got into an argument with her mother over her choice of having joined the Dogz. Despite her own hypocrisy, her mother was intent on keeping her away from them, but Terra wouldn't have it and in a fit of rage and guttural growl she struck out at her mother. Barely missing her, her lycanthropic powers manifested leaving deep clawed gashes in the wall behind her mother. The horror on her mother's face was only mirrored by her own, but steeling herself, she walked out the door and never looked back. She was only twelve at the time.

She spent most of her time in Dogz hideouts and safe houses away from prying eyes, and kept her manifesting powers to herself, finding places away from the rest of the gang to experiment and see how much of her abilities she could control. At first the pain these transformations caused left her in agony but soon it started becoming more and more natural, though she found that her appetite with each shift started becoming greater. Her body was burning more and more energy as she went. This led to her eating a lot more and she tended to try and lift off more food from the various restaurants, having gotten caught a few times by local law enforcement. By then her offenses had been built up as some petty crimes, bringing her into conflict with Black Mask on a few occasions, but nothing serious.

However, as time progressed, the gang was starting to get more bold and doing things that seemed unusual. Attempting to steal weapons from the local VIPER branch within the city, the group she was with ended up getting caught, but instead of surrendering she transformed there and attacked the shocked VIPER soldiers, surprising her fellow gang members, but who soon started shooting at the VIPER soldiers in turn. Terra thought she would start gaining prominence in the gang at that point as she helped bring home some weapons to the rest of the gang. However, instead of being given accolades she was instead taken before Guy Sweetland, who wanted to see her new powers for himself. Showing him, a bit nervous, she noticed that Sweetland was more than eager about what could be accomplished, and before Terra could react she was knocked unconscious.

She awoke finding herself tied down as a lab coated person was finishing drawing her blood. Letting her rage out she ripped through the weak ropes that were tying her and she fought her way out of the gang hideout, trying to get away as fast as she possibly could. She didn't have the strength to take on the Dogz as they were but she knew in her mind that Guy Sweetland, by his reputation, would be seeking to weaponize her blood for his own and that violation she would make him pay for. For the time though, she needed to get out of Vibora Bay, so she hitched rides to the north.

Millennium City

TerraandFelFox.jpg
Arriving in Millennium City, the so called City of Tomorrow, Terra had one goal in mind; recuperate and train herself in a better understanding of her powers and nature so she could return to Vibora Bay and confront Sweetland and the Dogz and take back what they stole from her. However, the cab she was in was struck by falling debris as a Qularr mother ship descended letting loose dozens of smaller ships to attack the city itself. Crawling from the rubble she found herself now in a conflict that was even bigger than she could possibly imagine as the insectoid like aliens descended upon the city in what could only be described as a mad frenzy.

Immediately transforming she took the fight to the mucus spewing creatures fast and furiously, her claws rending into their carapaces with a ferocity that was unexpected. One of the police officers mistook her for a hero come to help and directed her to help any citizens and people that were in trouble. For the first time in her life, Terra felt a calling she had never understood before, and she only smiled to herself as she proceeded through the city looking for citizens who needed help and getting the drop on the bug creatures with her ferocity and feral nature.

As the final battle hit its climax on the steps of the Champions building, Terra found herself unwittingly being congratulated by the likes of Defender and the rest of the Champions and for her efforts was awarded the key to the city. Taking this as her chance to start making amends for her past deeds, she decided to stay in Millennium City and continue to help out, taking the fight to the streets with the local gangs and finding out the true extent of her abilities and powers.

It was during these first few months in Millennium City that she ran into Freya "FelFox" Roka. This timid little fox girl was found huddled in a corner, shy and afraid of things around the city, but Terra went to her aid as soon as she saw her. As they started to hang around each other and Terra began showing FelFox more of how to fight and eventually to gain her own sense of self control, the two started growing an attachment to one another that expanded past the bonds of normal friends. This bond would be tested time and again as the future itself would unwind.

The beginning of a superhero career

The Qularr invasion taught Terra one thing; that you can always make a bad situation good. Reflecting on her past life, she realized that she needed to work hard to make amends for the trouble she caused growing up and she would start out in Millennium City. The cleanup efforts went well, allowing for her to help The Champions using her speed and strength of her lycanthropic powers to better aid them. Once things were squared away and the city was back on track, she took to the streets and rooftops looking down for where trouble might be brewing.

She always kept herself in check taking down any thugs that were attempting to harm the citizens of the city and helping to rebuild West Side into a better place for the people as a whole. She never thought she would have been cut out for the superhero gig, but as she moved through the streets she began to feel a sense of purpose she had never felt before and realized how it made her feel better to be helping out those that were not able to defend themselves from these menaces.

Moving from street gang to street gang, she helped clear up the gang trouble that was trying to fill in the wake of the Qularr invasion and even attempted to help contain the riot at the prison in the middle of West Side, due to the damage caused to the building from those attacks. However, her first test was yet to come.

She spent several weeks helping out all across Millennium City, from protecting the mayor from VIPER assassins to actually having helped uncover an old Destroid Robot Factory in downtown that was still active, thanks to Foxbat, of all people. The victories began to mount and it made her feel like she was actually accomplishing things and helping out others.

The Blood Moon

Things were going well for Terra until a strange mystical event occurred during the month of October; The Blood Moon. Terra found herself in a conflicted state as her powers, something she normally had full control over, manifested and forced her into her wolf form. She also found that her body hungered and her rage was barely kept in check during this time as the moon hung high in the sky full and a deep crimson color, unlike any seen before.

She tried to keep herself away from potentially hurting innocent lives by hiding out in the southwestern desert away from citizens and other super heroes, but found herself in the middle of a new conflict that put her at odds with a strange group of hunters that were hellbent on seeing werewolves destroyed who simply called themselves The Hunters. In addition to them however, she found a group of werewolves who not only relished in their monstrosity, but had completely abandoned all sense of humanity and attacked any creature that crossed their path. Caught in between the conflict of these two groups she did what she could to survive fighting off the attacks of the savage and feral werewolves and the brutal and methodical hunters.

She fled back into the city after a time having spent more time fighting than she actually wanted to hoping to lock herself away and hope that the constantly building rage within her would subside. She fought the urge to relish in her powers as they swelled at the moment but couldn't bare the thought of actually hurting anyone that would be innocent. However, her plan was short lived when she found that the undead zombies and heroes were being resurrected across the city by foul magics that had yet to reveal themselves. Fighting back every urge of her being to go on a rampage, she used the surging energies within her and joined in the fray and fought against the re-animated heroes from the Battle of Detroit, trying to lay their souls to rest.

The battles lasted for a long time until eventually the mastermind of this plot revealed himself, held aloft by a thrown suspended in the dark ether of negative energy; Takofanes. Finding the heroes of Millennium City to be paltry he sent his most powerful lieutenant to battle, leaving them to battle and test the mettle and might of all the heroes that were present. Takofanes himself was only mildly entertained by the struggles but eventually the heroes won and Takofanes left a dire prediction that the Blood Moon was the first sign of the Apocalypse. With his disappearance, the Blood Moon faded and Terra felt her inner rage begin to subside and she breathed calmly again as she took the relief and time to steady her nerves after having nearly lost herself to the mechanization of the ancient lich.

Return to Vibora Bay and the Apocalypse

Terra had been relaxing in the Renaissance Center of Millennium City, taking a chance to relax and unwind with her girlfriend Freya "FelFox" Roka and was enjoying food when an odd piecemeal looking cybernetic individual started looking around the area for heroes to help him. This person was aptly named Juryrig, as his entire body seemed to be a jury rigged from anything he could get his hands on. He came with a story of how a magical artifact had been stolen and he needed heroes to help return it to its rightful owner, emphasizing the destructive nature.

Terra and FelFox set out to help reclaim this artifact, but soon found themselves in a deeper conspiracy as the mage, Caliburn, appeared and told them they were being deceived. Returning to Valerian Scarlet and confronting her with Caliburn, they found that she was now under the influence of Therakiel and had summoned members of the Trey Kings gang, who appeared to now be possessed by demonic entities. Valerian fled with the artifcat and after a bit of verbal abuse from Caliburn, Terra and Freya set out after her to Vibora Bay.

Terra herself was a resident of the city, but the journey took longer than expected as minions kept intercepting and slowing them down. When they finally arrived in Vibora Bay, the Apocalypse had already begun and the land itself was beginning to tear itself apart as Heaven and Hell began to merge in the streets and angels and demons both began to fight their last battles. The city that Terra had grown up in was forever changed from what she remembered, and she ran across old familiar gangs as well as new ones.

Of interest to her was the Dogz. They had obviously been creating a werewolf serum, though she wasn't sure if it was derived from her own blood or not. But her vengeance would have to wait and she and Freya spent their time hunting down for survivors and ways to stop the Apocalypse. But as the battles waged on losses were getting heavy. First Witchcraft fell, then Kinetik, but soon the rest of the Champions themselves were destroyed, with Defender being destroyed by Therakiel himself.

As a last ditch effort as stopping the Apocalypse was now impossible, it was decided that they must instead go back in time and prevent the future from ever happening. The wild scheme required a massive amount of energy, energy that no longer existed in the city itself as it had been cut off from the rest of the world. Juryrig hatched a plan, by cobbling together the most random of junk, and formed a weapon that would siphon energy off of Therakiel himself and would be used to power the time machine.

However, when they arrived, they found that Shadow Destroyer was there as well, and he was not pleased with Therakiel's arrogance, he himself wanting to destroy the world personally. As they battled, FelFox siphoned energy from Therakiel using the weapon that Juryrig invented while Terra herself fought off the minions of Therakiel to protect her. The battle between Destroyer and Therakiel started becoming titanic and as soon as the weapon was fully charged, both FelFox and Terra began to leave, but FelFox was struck by a stray Qlphothic bolt from Destroyer. The resulting energy backlash started to cause her own dark symbiote to react. She tossed the weapon to Terra and told her to run as it began erupting from her body, tearing her apart, with the last semblance of her self control activating a teleportation device that Juryrig had attached to them and sending Terra back to his garage just as she began reaching for FelFox.

The devastation in her heart was only made heavier as she saw that the last of the remaining heroes of the world were now fighting a losing battle against the forces of Therakiel. Juryrig hurriedly plugged the weapon into the machine and activated it, Terra almost didn't want to leave, but once again steeled herself as she stood up and looked at the portal and walked through. She closed her eyes as she felt like she was melting away, and brightness surrounded her, only to open them again to find herself in Vibora Bay weeks before Valerian had arrived to start cementing her deals and pact with Therakiel and the gangs of Vibora Bay. Her path was clear, and she started to make sure that the future would not happen this time around.

Re-uniting with the FelFox of the recent past, she brought her to Vibora Bay to help her. One by one they started to undermine the power bases of the gangs of Vibora Bay and even helped Caliburn become elevated to the position of archmage. He could see what Terra had been through and knew exactly what Terra had endured. He set forth to eliminate the threat from Therakiel once and for all, and with a group of heroes stormed the temple itself and took down his lieutenants and eventually fought Therakiel into expending enough power that the forces of Heaven and Hell both arrived and tore him apart.

The aftermath of Therakiel the Bright

Terra had considered, for a time, that she could stay in Vibora Bay and try to pick up the pieces of her life. Her and FelFox both considered it since the city was a nice location and seemed to be relatively quiet considering the atmosphere of Millennium City. However, Terra felt an emptiness wandering the streets. Her whole reason and idea for actually returning to Vibora Bay had already been met. Guy Sweetland had already been removed from the head of the Dogz, thanks to a coup from Black Fang, and it had become evident that they had indeed invented a werewolf serum thanks to some VIPER technology that had been left behind when VIPER vacated the city, but it was obviously an imperfect serum. She had even stopped an attempt to combine werewolf and vampire venom into creating a super serum with the only viable experiment actually being Bludhound.

She thought about returning to her mother, but after some looking around and searching, she discovered that her mother had died months ago, though she couldn't find any record of cause. She visited the grave but still felt an emptiness. She no longer belonged in Vibora Bay, and even though it seemed that Black Mask X, Caliburn, and Dr. Ka were welcoming of her to hang around, Terra decided that she would instead just take some time off in the city for a while, but eventually return to Millennium City. She had found a new life she liked, and was bound to make it a good one.

Terra now spends her time going where she feels she is needed or sometimes answering calls from UNTIL or others that need help. She's seen more of the world now than she ever thought possible and loves the thrill and challenge it brings. She only hopes that she is helping to make a difference in the lives of others and that is all that really matters to her in the end.

Dr. Destroyer announces his Return

"Citizens of Detroit, for years you have enjoyed peace and prosperity. You thrive in the wake of the fleeting victory achieved against me by your pitiful champions. In my absence, numerous pretenders to my throne have arisen, but now the true Destroyer will return to reclaim his rightful inheritance... first this city, then the world!" -- Dr. Destroyer

This is the message that Dr. Destroyer delivered to Millennium City on the 15th of September, preceding an invasion of Destroid scouts throughout the city. As the battle raged on throughout the streets, even bigger things were brewing that would attract the attention of most all involved; Destroyer sending in an attack squad of Omega Destroids to attack Homestead on September 21st. The battle between heroes and the mechanical monsters raged across the front of Homestead and the surrounding streets delivering untold devastation. But it was obvious to any attending, this was all just a distraction for something else. Dr. Destroyer would be planning for something bigger.

Powers and abilities

Art by DrunkFu 2006
Despite what Hollywood or many stories about werewolves would have many believe, Terra is not a ravening monster that is held at the beck and call of her instincts or losing her mind at the slightest hint of a full moon. In fact, the moon has very little control over her, besides being something of a romantic sight for her to see on specific nights. She has complete control over her powers and can actually control how, when and where it actually manifests.

Shapeshifting

As a werewolf, Terra has the ability to assume the form of a wolf woman, the typical werewolf of legend. This shift doesn't take much time and she can accomplish it quite readily. Her body grows a distinctive furred pattern as well as attaining several wolf-like attributes including a tail that increases her natural balance. Her eyes still retain their natural dual colored nature being the only thing that would actually identify her from her human to she wolf forms, though her body also still retains its lean and lithe shape as well.

Her size and muscle mass also increases from this transformation, adding more weight and increasing her height by an additional eight inches, with any tight fitting clothes being ripped off and many loose fitting clothes becoming tighter on her frame. She stands on her toes like a wolf would in this form, and has been known to get on all fours to run from time to time, or even to intimidate her opponents when just walking up with a snarl on her face and a growl. This type of intimidation tends to make the more cowardly villains surrender without much of a fight.

Heightened Senses

Terra has strong sense of smell, hearing and taste, even in her human form, though it's no where near as acute as her wolf form. When she becomes her she wolf self, her sense of hearing, smell and taste become greatly heightened. She can smell things over great distances and hear at frequencies that most other people couldn't. Her sense of taste even allowed her to catch a hint of a sleeping drug that someone tried to slip her, before she stopped and spat it out.

Athletic

Terra is naturally an athletic person; running, jumping and climbing over things and tends to prefer to walk where ever she goes than be lazy about finding things. But when she assumes her wolf form this ability becomes super humanly strong, as she is capable of running vast distances, jumping to high locations and moving at incredible speeds that normal people would not naturally be able to cover. Her wolf form also gives her increased mobility and allows her to attempt to dodge attacks or other such things more readily, giving her a much greater advantage in those situations due to her speed.

She also uses her athleticism and strength to help her scale buildings, able to dig her claws into many types of surfaces to create make shift handholds. Though she doesn't use this form of scaling often, if the need is great, she will use it, especially if it can afford her the element of surprise.

Regeneration and Toughness

In her wolf form, Terra is resilient to many forms of damage and even after that tends to regenerate wounds she has taken at a basic rate. She still feels pain and would prefer not to get shot or cut by weapons, her lycanthropic nature giving her a bit of natural toughness that helps reduce the wounds people would receive from such sources. After that her regeneration takes over, making it hard for bruising or scarring to even be a real concern for her. Normally, she just tries to avoid being hit all together, though, since it still hurts and stings to be hit, as tremendous forms of damage can actually incapacitate her and she doesn't want to go as far as finding out if she can recover from near fatal attacks.

In her human form, her regeneration is only barely much better than a humans, though she still heals faster. Her toughness however isn't present and if she is caught in this form, she can be hurt severely from such attacks. One of the main reasons she tends to spend all her time in her wolf form when out patrolling the streets.

Weaknesses

The common weaknesses that lycanthropes are attributed with are not actually what Terra is vulnerable to. Though she is highly resilient, she can still be hurt by a bullet much like any other person. Her regenerative capabilities, however, make this hard to accomplish in the long term unless massive amounts of damage are delivered quickly.

The moon also holds no sway over her, as she is completely in control of her transformations. However, her rage can be influenced by other sources, such as through magical compulsion or as she noticed, the effects of the Blood Moon created by Takofanes. Though she normally has full control, the fact she could lose total control over herself like that frightens her and she spends time almost everyday trying to prepare herself in case any event like that occurs again.

As much as her heightened sense can be a boon, they can also be a bane to her as well. Sonic devices can end up paining her ears and the end result could be a crippling agony if she isn't prepared and is caught off guard.

Finally, her powers are only present in her she wolf form. If she is caught in her human form, she is quite vulnerable. Her defensiveness and her regeneration are only slightly above a normal humans in this form. Though she has some martial skill and practices her fighting skill in her human form, it still doesn't come anywhere close to the strength and power that her she wolf form provides.

Some will also claim that Terra has ADHD, since she tends to bounce off the walls when she is bored, but this has more to do with the fact that, as a werewolf, she has a lot of energy and tends to make her a tad bit more hyperactive. She can focus on things when she needs to, but when she has nothing to do she can run the legs off anyone willing to try and keep up.

Hideouts

Basement Hideout.jpg
None of Terra's locations are hideouts, per se. She has a garage where she spends her time working on her bike as well as containing several items and weapons for allies and friends. The location isn't public knowledge, but it isn't a hidden secret. She does tend to go to this place when she wants to get away from it all and relax, using the time and the sound of a ratchet to relax her nerves.

After the incident where FelFox mistook a microwave for the TV and costing them an apartment, Terra was able to procure a loft for them to live in, in Downtown Millennium City. The location provides a great view and they can spend time on their patio in the spa or they can lounge about. FelFox was happiest of all as they spent the next several weeks furnishing the place and making it their own.

In Vibora Bay, she has two hideout locations that she keeps to herself. One is a cave located just outside the city. With a bit of tinkering it was turned into a livable place that could be used in a pinch when she needed to get away from it all.

Another location is a warehouse that she filled with a lot of the occult books and other such trappings. She generally doesn't visit it very often, but after a lot of work has been turned into a livable place with some creature comforts.

Enemies

The Dogz

Dogzcatcher.png

Terra has a history with this gang, though they weren't always on bad terms, things turned for the worst when they found out about her lycanthropic nature. She feels they stole a bit of her and seeing that they themselves have been trying to become werewolves only enrages her more. She now takes the fight to them whenever she visits Vibora Bay or seeing them in any location, making them pay for their betrayal. At present, she is unsure of what to think about the coup that Black Fang pulled on Guy Sweetland, but she doesn't think it will lead in any good direction.

MentalBarrage.jpg

Mental Barrage

Blinded by a hero as a small girl, this gypsy has seethed seeking nothing but revenge for most of her life. Her gift of mental control and power manifested due to her gypsy blood and she honed it to a razors points, which gives her a unique method of seeing; a type of psionic echo location. She see's all heroes as nuisances that have caused more trouble than good and they just need to be removed from the equation and problem they have created.

She has a plethora of psionic and telekinetic abilities using them to manipulate and control her prey. Few are able to withstand her mental assault once she sets her mind to things. It is even rumored that she can even enter and control the minds of some individuals, but none are alive that can actually testify to that.

As far as she is concerned, no hero is worthy of forgiveness and they all deserve to be destroyed. In her minds eye, they are the reason that the world is in such a devastated shape. She even killed the hero that blinded her, causing his very heart to burst in his chest, once she found him.

She is also accutely aware of how beautiful she is, and using a mixture of her blindless plus her looks, she has lured many to their end. Mixed in with her psychic powers she makes the most of hunting down any heroic types and making them suffer in their own mind before she ends their lives.

Footnotes

How I imagine Terra's foot paws look (uncolored)
  • Terra Silverspar from City of Villains and Champions are two different individuals from seperate universes, though they may share similarities, they are not the same character and thus what happened to one shouldn't be considered to have happened to the other.
  • Due to the changes in bestial, power frames and the extreme damage of mobs, my regeneration tank is not viable anymore for cosmic raiding, and my new build is not currently possible to be created on the power house web site. Needless to say, if people are interested, I will discuss with them my build in game, what makes it up and how it is put together.
  • Terra can eat cooked food, but prefers it being rare. The bloodier the better. And even better still, if her cow is still mooing, that works great.
How I imagine Terra to look physically if the creator allowed fine detail manipulation (Created in APB)
  • Terra's natural body temperature is around 102 degrees Fahrenheit (38.9 degrees Celsius). Her natural heart rate rests at 100 BPM, which tends to make her want to avoid hospitals and doctors since they tend to like to throw up alarms.
  • Her lycanthropy is natural. She can't inflict it on anyone else. Even if she did bite someone, they won't become werewolves later on.
  • Terra actually hates the word "lycan" as it sounds like any other racial slur in her mind.
  • Terra's view on a hero costume: "I am a bloody werewolf, what in the hell do I need a costume for?"
  • No, Terra is not a WoD (World of Darkness) werewolf. Personally, I do not mix genres. I design the character to fit the setting, not try to fit the setting to the character. Never works out well.
  • There are no magic metals or alloys or other things that have any special or profound effect on her physiology. The story of wolfsbane, silver and so forth are just that; stories. They have no special effect on her other than what would normally occur in most other people.
  • Despite Champions Online character editor, Terra still doesn't look exactly as I have imagined her. As such her physical appearance might be prone to change as time goes on and proper looking costume additions are put in game. This difference in look boils down to things like certain wolf features not being exactly how I would like them, as well as her clothing being no where close to what I would actually have her wearing. For instance, she wears a belly tee with fish net underlay in human form, as an ankle bracelet on her right foot, and two rings on her middle toes. In her ears she has a chain earring that trails up her left ear and a small stud in her right.
  • Quit trying to argue with me where Vibora Bay is located. It's located in the Florida panhandle. No it was not a poor choice by the developers. It has been that way since 2004, when the Vibora Bay book came out. You can see the map here http://kacurtis.com/Map_Samples/Overland/Vibora-Bay-Area-Map.gif Quit bugging me about it and trying to argue with this basic fact. Telling me it's a mistake isn't going to endure me to you. If you are about the lore than accept this lore.
