History
the groups beginnings start at the united nations conference. the UN recognized the threat certain items pose, these items could come from a variety of background. such as technology, magic and religious items. The danger these items posed are both physical and political. the UN agreed that the best viable solution was for an independant party to take responsibility for these items. reporting to the UN but not to any singular country or power. All they needed was a man to take the responsibility.
Apotropaic at this time was a senior officer with the United Justice Coalition. He accepted the job on the conditions that he was recruited and stood responsibile for all staff and dealings. Thus the cruciform sword was born
