The Nexus Force
History
The Nexus Force was founded after it's predecessor, The Nexus Academy was shut down. Since it's opening, The Academy was slammed left and right by global level threats on all sides. For the safety of the students Nexus Academy was closed down. However, two of the Academy's most experienced heroes Night Spider and Network re-organized the former academy members into a super hero agency who would be better trained to deal with the threats Nexus Academy could not.

Rules And Programs
Nexus Force Rules and Policies {IC}
- Members must be registered with DOSPA to avoid legal complications.
- We do not accept members with federal crimes or that are wanted by UNTIL, PRIMUS, UNTIY, INTERPOL and the like.
- Members sign a behavioral contract upon recruitment. Three strikes against a member and they are removed from the team (This applies especially to heroes with a habit for loosing it or causing trouble).
- Open Door Policy: We offer temporary membership to freelancing heroes. However the freelancer in question would have little access to the interior workings of the team. (NOTE: Freelancers can eventually join the force permanently if they wish)
- No Drugs: We want our team members to operate as efficiently as possible. Those with mental issues or health problems who require drugs are exempt from this policy.
- Redemption Policy: Heroes who have been arrested for non-federal crimes can sign onto the team to serve the rest of their sentence.
Story Arcs And Events
- The Orion Crisis: In it's very first adventure, Nexus Force is thrown into a battle for the Earth's future when O.R.I.O.N and his Sentinel forces invade and take control via a worldwide network known as the ARC. After a harrowing battle and a little bit of time travel, The Orion Crisis was undone and Orion himself defeated.
- Summer Of Spiders: The force is called into action when The Arachni make their grand return to Champions Earth and forcibly occupy Westside. After a month of fighting, The Nexus Force strike a hard blow against their greatest foe and force The Arachni out of Millennium City.
- Cry Havok: The Nexus Force fall prey to the worldly assassin known as Killshot.
- Project: Dark Nexus: Nexus Force confronts Night Spider's long thought dead nemesis Warblood, and the small army of prison inmates he has freed.
- Who Watches The Overwatch?: Nexus Force teams up with The New Stars to combat the anti-metahuman group known as The Overwatch. A government and public supported group who seeks to eliminate all crime through global control and the elimination of superheroes.
