Origin

Once human, turned Manimal by Dr. Moreau. This medical scientist has been searching for a way to reverse the effects and become human again. Unfortunately, during his research he was forced to take an unfinished nanite prototype and fend for himself when VIPER raided his base of operations. This prototype destroyed much of his original self, he no longer remembers who he was and what he was originally after before being found by ARGENT and being taken in to be slaved to a handler.

Unfortunately for the handler he was assigned to, Turando's intelligence allowed him to turn the tables and he turned into an ARGENT Operative. He quickly outranked his master and held up a new position in ARGENT's RnD Department. Instead of bowing to ARGENT's will, he defected to UNTIL and exposed their underground operations. Turando was granted a full pardon and relocation to Millennium City.

Still partaking in his scientific advancements and with a knack for helping out, Turando became a field medic. His genetic makeup allows him to quickly move from zone to zone and rapidly detect and respond to anyone injured. Turando is one of the world's fastest and most powerful medics sanctioned by UNTIL, even if he doesn't have an official licence to be doing what he does.

OOC Stuffs

Turando combat role is classified as Balanced. His Nanite Infusion technology quickly heals injured allies, keeping them in the fight. On top of his natural ability to regenerate, the nanites inside him allow him to regenerate major cuts and bruises in a matter of seconds, even revive himself. He needs to keep on his toes though, as he does not have the strength to withstand too many hard hits.
