A problem with one of your appointed Admin's
I'm not really sure who appointed Mangle Paw to be honest, but it was inferred that it was you.
Quite frankly, he's been an ass over a topic to me and my friends, it didn't start that way and in the beginning he was polite. But repeated threats of moderation and a general attitude that NOW includes things from unprofessional names being tossed our way (I've since reciprocated) and accusations/comparisons of our actions to downright -theft- to an almost hostile tone have crossed several lines. Several of us have tried to be reasonable and offer points, he refuses to see any validity to them. We'd like something done by an admin who will actually address our concerns instead of waive them aside and paraphrase "Fuck you". --Giga Gal 14:27, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
I understand your frustration, but the simple fact is that I feel Mangle Paw is correct in his statement and has been more than fair in his replies to users. As Mangle Paw has stated I pay for this site and have offered this service as a goodwill gesture, if you are not happy with the rules put in place to protect this site from possible ligation, then maybe this is not the best place for you to store your stories/characters. --U4dandy 15:16, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
Maybe it isn't. My complaints were about Mangle Paw, saying the discussion is closed for 6 month's because he feels like it is something you support? Multiple people are agitated by the way this issue has been handled. They feel talked down to and generally dismissed. I myself am not even certain that the principle of the issue was even understood. Outside of the flame wars on his page, what I'll refer to them now as, there has been no effort at personal communication. A lot of us are/were hoping to discuss what can be done about the policies, if any leniency for certain things could be shown, but perhaps in our own failed perception, we've been dismissed. So yes, I'm frustrated. Very frustrated. If you want to tell me that I can't say City of Heroes on my page, fine. But give me a real, tangible, and reasonable reason please. Or show me how, without just reposting the IP policy page and quoting argueable legalities. I am happy to work within the rules provided so long as I actually understand that they -are- in fact necessary. Otherwise, I'm just going to feel like they're just here because someone doesn't want to be reasonable. This is a goodwill site, thank you for that, but it feels like it's become an us vs them instead of a community trying to work out the issue. Possible IP transfer request
Hey, U4Dandy. How goes?
A thought popped into my head just about thirty minutes ago. From my knowledge, you have been keeping Primus Database running on your dime as an act of goodwill to CORP and all of CO RP'ing communities yet have a little inactivity/interest in the game directly or indirectly anymore. My possible fix, if you think it's in the communities or your best interest is to transfer the PDB IP to me, where I'll foot the bill and appoint Mangle Paw as one of the head Admins, if he were to accept the responsibility. ( Since I feel he's done a wonderful job so far )
If you could respond to my page or to the CORP's PDB forum section, I would be estatic. Thanks!

Hey Dandy.
Made a couple small changes after some petitioning from RP groups. I've taken off the defunct pages / Commmunity Portal and added a two week RP notifier of sorts. I've also purged the site, afterward, etc etc.
All the PDB staff has been notified of the changes. 2ndly, reviewing Reldin's contributions to PDB, not much administration has been done. I've moved him to Autocofirmed Users since our staffing problem is no longer existant.
Just a speedy update.
