Personality
First impression: probably a stoner. Cole's usually laid-back, relaxed, and very "zen." And a number of things at least appear to go right over his head. Such as remarks against his character, round-about phrasing, and so on. Given time enough, however, one might notice an unexpected level of awareness and cognizance. This has become more evident during the few moments of combat he's seen, when what's perceived as stupidity is swept aside to make room for combat efficiency.
It's as yet unknown whether there's a method to the madness or not, much less if Cole is aware of it himself. If asked, he'd very likely provide an answer that shouldn't be dwelt on for too long, lest one risks an aneurysm.
Appearance
Color gradient notwithstanding (OOC gripe), Cole is fully furred, though obviously thinner in areas, suggesting an unfinished transformation. Hold-overs from his past include lip and ear piercings, and the barely legible tattoos that have since been overgrown:
- Left deltoid - emblem for River Valley Rebels Motorcycle Club
- Left wrist to upper bicep - full sleave of a python, wrapping around arm
- Whole right arm - biosteel rendering, with pistons 'pushing' through each muscle group
- Right ribs - biosteel rendering of rack-and-pinion, control arms, linkage following the rib pattern
- Spine - photorealistic rendering of spinal column, wrapped in chain

History
Cole's is a pretty typical street tough background. High school drop-out, emancipated, started hanging out with what would seem to be the more surly crowds. He eventually scored a job as mechanic/errand boy for the River Valley Rebels M.C. at the age of nineteen. A couple years later, that job would extend to the less legal side of things. Still, he was far from some natural born killer; he stuck with break-ins, theft. If it was discrete, quiet, and more tactful than the occasional shakedown or shoot 'em up, he almost certainly had his hand in it.
In the fall of 2012, this all changed, and so did Cole. It goes without saying that the change wouldn't go over well with the rest of the M.C., so he packed up and left before it became an issue. And where better to get lost in the mix than Millenium City?
