Origin
Not much is known about the mysterious psychopath known only as Alichino. But what is known is his reputation in Italy.
The sightings began shortly after the 2009 Qullar Invasion of Millennium City. Alichino made his grand debut in October of the same year, kidnapping the city officials of Venice and holding them at an abandoned operahouse for a "One in a lifetime performance". When local law enforcement and heroes intervened, Alichino unleashed his hidden sonic mutant powers, resulting in one casualty and the destruction of the location. Alichino would return again and again, terrorizing Rome, Venice and Florence for over a year. However for unknown reasons he migrated to Millennium City in 2013. There he paired up with Pirouette and her "Circus Freaks" for a short time. No one exactly knows what occurred during his time with them. But he left in early 2014, convincing a portion of The Maniacs gang to join him in causing mayhem. Alichino and his fledgling gang went underground during The Arachni's occupation of Westside in June 2014. Now that The Arachni were defeated, It is only a matter of time before he resurfaces.
