Origin
Born with a defective heart Arron Cade's parents spared no expense to make sure he lived a long healthy life. As major shareholders of Binary Corporations a conglomerate specializing in computers, bio-technology and genetic engineering they stood at the forefront of the technological industry since its conception in 2001. Things took a turn for the worse as Arron's health quickly began to plummet due to his failing heart, and delving into the taboo his parents transferred his conciousness into a mechanical body. Passing away shortly after due to unknown circumstances Arron was left with a board position in the corporation and a vast wealth. This eventually led to him meeting defender who took him under his wing and taught him how to manage a company and be a hero on the side. Outside of corporate and heroic endeavors Arcade spends much of his time indulging in his hobby as a collector and maintainer of retro technologies and relics of the days of arcade gaming.
Gear
Bio-mechanical Chassis - No expense was spared in the construction of Arron's latest body, composed of a Kendrium alloy, his chassis is far sturdier than average steel productions while only being slightly heavier, with carbon nano-tube/nano-fiber fillaments and flexible woven questionite musculature, his body is efficient, flexible, and incredibly durable. This body is geared with only the most state of the art technology available.
Powers
Gunslinging- Arcade is an expert marksman, his skills and accuracy with firearms is only further enhanced by the machine precision of his body ensuring that he never misses a shot.
Time Dilation- Using an innate arcane gift of his family Arcade is capable of slowing the world around him.
Runecasting- As a Rune Master, Arcade is capable of casting complex arcane runes at a moments notice. While Runes as a form of magic typically are inferior in forms of power or effect to other studies and forms of magic, such as elemental-ism and Alchemy, runes stand at the forefront of enchantment. Complex sigils capable of bestowing lifelong effects to items and objects creating grand effects are necessary to any enchantment and often are used to circumvent a lifetime of arcane study. While complex Runecasting often takes a toll both in the physical world and in the ethereal planes of existence it often also calls for a personal cost of the casters life force in the making of the sigil, however lacking a physical body Arcade is exempt from this cost. While not a very powerful school of magic, runes are very effective at slightly altering the world, and often times their effects can be seen more as luck than any great reality bending sorcery. As such Runecasting is often called "The Gamblers Charm".

R-C4D3 - Born in a parallel universe with a slightly juxtaposed timeline, The Arcade of earth-7 lived a drastically different life from his heroic counterpart. His parents where Kingpins using Binary Corporation as a shell for their criminal activities. Greedy, ambitious people they cared little for their son or his worsening health. R-C4D3 hated and resented them...one day as his health failed he murdered them and framed the family caretaker for the crime. Taking their fortune for his own he transferred his consciousness into a robot body and began ruthlessly exploiting his corporation to push for greater leverage over the world. After some time had passed he began to lose touch with his humanity, believing that he had transcended the boundaries of humanity and reached the next stage in evolution. Creating a deadly nano-virus he infected the worlds population turning them into bio mechanical slaves to his will. Recently however he cracked the code for inter-dimensional travel, and has set his sights on our world. His body is built of Orichalcum a metal native to the depths of Lemuria largely renowned for its ability to hold strong magic charges. As a subordinate of Istvatha V'han, the empress of a billion dimensions, He is as cunning and ruthless as he is lethal and commands vast resources giving him the distinction of an Omega threat classification. With his powers of gravity control, and advanced magic assisted technologies he himself is a threat to be re conned with not counting the near limitless resources at his disposal. The greatest threat he presents however is the possibility of bringing the bionic slaves of heroes and villains from his world to ours, and the foreboding promise of invasion by a force we know little about.
