Origin

Jessica Styles was born in Millenium City with parents who were complete failures and as such wanted their daughter to be successful so they could live through her. This lead to them basically pushing her in her track 'n' field training. She developed well, being a national level runner at the age of 15.

But then came the night where everything changed. She was on her way home after training when she was assaulted by robbers, who left her bleeding on the street.

That's when Bane found her.

Bane is a demonologist and mage living somewhere in Downtown, in a hidden sanctum. He found Jessica, close to dying, and took her in, saved her. He saw in her great potential, being an athlete and very stubborn. He trained her further, had her fight some lesser demons, and even taught her a few spells to cover her weaknesses. He became the father she always wished for.

Bane also enhanced her magically, giving her ballistokinetic abilities.

Powers

Ballistokinesis means the ability to redirect items that already have momentum, but being unable to make stationary objects move through mental power. It is much more accurate than regular telekinesis, and much easier to use. She can even "brace" her ballisokinesis, redirecting anything flying towards her away.

The few spells she currently know are also: A simple Identify spell for identifying what kind of magics is over an object. A barrier spell that can be used against energy attacks. And also, a healing circle that she can place on the ground.

Equpment

Cheapshot possesses a large variety of baubles, bottles and purses filled with magical reagents in the form of powders and fluids, able to produce a lot of different effects. She also has a few items that are not of a magical nature that she can throw.
