Story
She gotta get what she wants. Another chaotic example of if a chic with modern ambition is thrown into a world where super power mischief is just an everyday scenario.
D Money is sort of a villain against the Rave girls. But she is a reccuring character and should team up sometime. Her schemes range annoying and petty to extremely destructive but she is a classic that seem to be forgiven. One reason is that Rave doesn't see her as much of a threat so he kinda sympathizes with her attention seeking behavior.

Sus. Just go with it. She is not a Rave girl. She's not interested in Rave and despises Rave girls because D Money has a extremely self centered personality that couldn't even comprehend the thought of sharing with others or being close to them in any long term run.
For a character with no superpowers, skills or brains she isn't at all weak. Infact she can totally outclass characters with overpowered abilities just by being very cunning and slippery in her escape. Her funniness is also what makes a recurring villain. D just uses the power of her daddy's money.
