With the details of the Streetwise Matriarch movement being classified from the general public, the federal government needed to find a way to counter these violent and occult-like terrorist movements threatening the public safety of the nation. Given Anarchy's record with being involved at every scene around the Great Lakes region, track record, and expressing a concern towards the issue, she approached the proper channels to try and get jurisdiction into the ordeal.
