A Brief History

Longbore's entire history is rumors and hearsay. It's rumored that he used to be a CIA counter-terrorism agent. Other rumors put him as a former VIPER leader. None of the rumors are entirely true, nor are they entirely false. Longbore was at one point a soldier. Rumor has it that he was subjected to some sort of super soldier program. Whatever the truth is Longbore is an incredibly deadly fighter.

Personality

Longbore is cold, calculating and matter of fact. He says very few words preferring to let his weapons speak for him.

Powers

Most people assume that Longbore is simply an incredibly trained soldier but the fact is that his mutant power made him a top soldier. Longbore's power is that he never misses. His infallible aim promoted him up the ranks in whatever agency he belonged to. Also, for whatever the reason, he has enhanced strength, speed, and endurance. His gadgets and armor give him a variety of other abilities including the built-in force field as well as low light vision, and amplified senses. He uses a power grapple to travel, giving him access to higher vantage points in order to find his target.

The Present

Whatever his past Longbore is currently classified as a vigilante. Either refusing or not required to register with UNTIL, he fights crime from the other end of a rifle scope.
