Story
In a magical land far away. Lulu was born into a peaceful native jungle tribe. Naturally she grew up to be transgender which the other tribe members though was weird so they mistreated her. She spent most of her time in the river as a clothing washer. She did laundry with a few other girls. She was forced to work hard by her own tribe and did most of the work while the other girls slacked off. She didn't mind and loved it because she got to spend that same time enjoying the sun and cool river water.
Out one day and walking back with a basket of laundry. She saw that her tribe was under attack by goblins. The goblins killed almost everyone but she ran until she bump into King Adept of the holy imperials who was coming to there rescue. The imperials was rather kind to her and her tribe seemed confused and a little shocked. King adept wanted to take her as a nun but they explained she wasn't biologically a girl. The tribe asked him to choose another girl. But it made Adept more interested in Lulu, he thought her fluidity of gender made her a complete goddess of olden tale and she received highest honors. She then left her tribe to do the magic nun thing and the others were jealous at first but later they fancy the idea that she would help them later.
Though her magic is used to aid imperial soldiers. She is happy but keeps remembering the days she spent by the river.
After that she joins Legion after Rave replaces King Adept in death. It's not told if Lulu and Adept relationship was something more but it seemed like it. He never remarried after his wife died and he had no heirs to this throne. Possible he gave his assets to the foreign king Rave knowing he would take care of Lulu. Adept was going through some dark places but only Lulu kept him going. He never said anything but he kept strong for his failing kingdom and she truly knew him in his last days.
After the war against the Shadow Vine Sky Castle was lost but the people resettled on one of Legion islands under Rave.
