Numm's accent is actually a mix of a Boston accent and an Ogre accent, resulting in a difficult to understand mishmash. He also tends to speak very quickly, further complicating matters.
The injury to Numm's right eye is merely cosmetic now that it has had time to heal. He can see out of it just fine, nor is it particularly sensitive.
Numm is loosely based off of an RP character of the same name previously played by his creator. This character was a Troll played on the Moon Guard server of WoW.
After an incident involving Numm throwing the Mayor's car at a Foxbattlebot early in his hero career, he now has an aversion to using vehicles as weaponry.

Numm is played by @UltimateCarl, and was the second character he created, roughly a week after launch. He is built primarily for PvE tanking.
