Paralyzed from the waist down Owa uses special tech braces that give the the ability to bend water. This tech was created by her father who was desperate to help his daughters condition.
Her purple is a fish mutation. She was given by Rave. In failed attempt to heal her paralyzed spine. She gain a heal factor but the nerves were too damaged to cure.
