>>Project Notes: Subject Shockstar was brought to the Olympus facility as an infant, displaying potential electrokinetic abilities. Birth parents unknown. Based on extensive testing during the next 5 years, subject appears to be able to manipulate electricity through sheer will but must have a large exposed current present to do so. This includes focused electrical attacks, bending electrical fields around herself for protection and even using currents to "fly". Upon further examination, subject is able to 'absorb' ambient electrical currents from surrounding electronics in small amounts to manipulate, but can absorb large amounts via physical contact with a live electrical feed leading to increased offensive capability. At age 10, electrical absorption plugs were surgically implanted into upper arms to allow the user to amplify absorbed ambient currents in order to achieve weaponized status without being hardwired to an electrical source. Extended exposure to high level currents seemed to cause hair to lose all pigment.
