Story
Technically spirit creatures of the sea. The monsters have be known to lead sea travelers to their death for decades. With the decrease in sea deaths they had grown weak. Siren is really powerful but Koi is nothing like her mother. Koi is the child of long dead pirate warrior ghost. Koi just wants to be lazy. They might be the last of their kind and will have to move their focus to something else if they want to keep their immortality.
Siren now has a pawn shop down at the docks. Selling supposed curse items. She does secretive witchcraft in her spare time mainly working on potions and cursed items. But she always has some new annoying trick up her sleeve. Rave keeps her harmless as she crazy love him but keeps trying her weird tricks like a pet snake trying to bite it's master.

Other Information
Siren and Koi are in the top 5 most evil looking Rave girls. After socializing with the other girls over time they start to wear more modern clothing. These modern clothing includes technical disguise to appear basic.
Same model as Koi could be used for White Yang but with white liquid looking metallic skin.
For Sonya Song the model should look more like 35-40 year old Lucy Lawless a little bit like Kristen Dunst. In fact, there's probably a thousand more reasons why Lawless is the best depiction of Sonya Song. From her days as Xena Warrior Princess in the 90s to like Spartacus 2010 shows her slow progression as Sirens existence in the time of the nephilim.
