Reading like a CIA spook document from the Cold War, Stone's record is classified as so "Top Secret" that the original "Top Secret" classification wouldn't even scratch the surface. PRIMUS is unsure which department he works for, and all UNTIL probes have been met with extremely stiff resistance by various sources in the United States Government, from everyone from the CIA, NSA, FBI, Secret Service, and even the Treasury and IRS. The only thing they can determine is that he is an agent serving the best interests of the United States Government.
Stone has been deployed to Millennium City to directly counter the rising threat of Dr. Destroyer and other rogue elements that would destabilize the area, but has been relocated several times to deal with hotspots as they develope.
Modifications are as follows: Extensive surgery replacing arms, legs and eyes with extremely advanced prosthetic "cyberware", allowing superhuman running, leaping, vision, and minor strength improvements.
His nervous system, adrenal, and pituitary glands have been enhanced for faster reaction time and increased endorphin production to dull the rigors of combat.
Implanted into his chest cavity is a small stimpack powered by self-replicating nanomachines that he is able to activate at will when it is needed to mend injuries.
His still mostly organic torso has been modified with subdermal armor for better resistance against all injuries.
Equipment: Stone has been issued a pair of experimental handguns chambered for the .50 Action Express round, and although they seem mundane from their looks, they are actually equipped with regenerative biosteel and nanomachines that are constantly manufacturing caseless rounds with miniature Arcturus reactors siphoning the waste heat away allowing for exceptional rates of fire. Kickback is negligent thanks to cybernetic hands and arms.
A thin chest piece of Kendrium armor provides added protection for his still mostly organic torso.
A personal force field generator mounted on his left arm that he can activate and cover behind during times of heavy fire.
